Great tools at a good price

Purchased this compressor and nailer combo kit because I really needed the compressor (to go with a flooring nailer that I also purchased). The compressor was quick to setup and start using. Very easy to use. Works well with the flooring nailer and with the two nail guns that came with the kit. I am replacing hardwood flooring and the 16 gauge nailer works great for face nailing or diagonal nailing through the tongue of the hardwood flooring. I have been using both nailers for installing the baseboard trim after the hardwood flooring. I had never used a pneumatic nailer prior to purchasing this combo kit. I would want to use them for any requiring a fair amount of nailing. So much easier to use the nailer than pre-drilling, installing finish nails and then countersinking them. Once in a while I had to go back over a few of the nails and sink the head with a nail set, but very few of the course of use. Would highly recommend this set as a homeowner. Don’t know if I have used it enough to say that it would be good for a contractor, but have no reason to expect it would not work just as well with frequent use.

Second set

I have had this same air compressor before and guns. I love the plug it in and go. No fittings to put on. Ready for the job straight out of the box. I’d recommend a bag for the guns and hose to keep together and safe. Need to buy one larger than 16”.

Excellent compressor adn nailer package

This is a solid compressor/nailer package. Good performance, light weight, easy to use, and no real set up. It is just a noisy as all the rest - too bad I would have like it to be a bit quieter. But for the price it is a solid buy.

Love it.

Bought this for home use, does great job, plenty of capacity for pretty much anything you would need to do. Two outputs, an air release valve, pressure gauge. Light, carry handle, compact. Sure the tank needs to fill more often (like once every 40 nails) than a bigger compressor but who cares (OK maybe, maybe your neighbours care but how often will you be using this?).

2 guns and a compressor

Great package deal. Compressor and 2 guns for less than half the price of one battery powered gun, cannot really complain and to top it off I can get a few more pneumatic tools now.

No longer a quality brand name

I was under the impression that Bostitch was a quality brand. But I have heard recently that it was sold and is now made in China and is cheap. I can confirm that is the case as one of my nailers is already broken after just a few thousand nails.
