Cook on low heat as it gets very hot very quickly

Great pan. Don’t let other’s negative reviews influence you. It’s core material is aluminum so you have to cook over a low setting. Others showing images of a trashed pan, cook everything on high and that’s what happens. Reduce the heat to low and you won’t burn your food nor ruin the pan.

Highly recommend!

My wife is happy with this pan. She literally uses no oil, so there is nothing to clean after cooking. I think you would not regret for money if you get one of those.

Finally safe to use nonstick!

It works just as well as those toxic nonstick pans but now I can feel safe! Great product!

Can you say non stick

This crepe pan hasn't had a lot of reviews yet but after reading about the quality of this product being non stick with ceramic and not PTFE was what sold me on this. Upon using it today for breakfast I was amazed at how easy it was to turn the crepes and they absolutely slid right out of the pan. I made the right choice in buying this that's for sure. I could have bought any number of the other crepe pans but this one really stuck out. I wish our other pots and pans were this easy to use... UPDATE... After using this crepe pan for several months, it still works as good as the first time I used it. You won't be disappointed if you purchase this. It's also great for frying sausage links, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. UPDATE... After purchasing this in April of 2017 and after months of usage, I think I finally kind of screwed this crepe pan up. I made pancakes on it using spray oil and I think I let the pan get too hot. The spray oil burnt on the outside of the pan and I used the scratcher pad side of the sponge to clean it. Now, I have to use more oil (not spray oil) to cook with it and my crepes and pancake are starting to stick. I really liked using this pan until I let it get to hot. I ordered another one and this time I'll be more careful with cooking on it and cleaning it. I'll keep you posted.

Very Hard To Clean!!!

This pan is actually pretty hard to clean. This, when following the instructions - as we have always done. What we find works great though, is let it soak with baking soda and dropped on warm water. We let it soak a couple hours, then come back and put elbo grease into it. We only use non-scratch blue scrubbing pads, and today discovered a spoon to scrap with, but also to grind the baking soda into the bad spots. Works well and comes out clean every time. But again, still work. We just appreciate that it's not aluminum and won't mess up our glass cooktop.

Wonderful to cook omelettes with‼️

I wanted a more flat way to make omelettes and thought this would be the way to do it. This is an awesome way to make fresh omelettes...that doesn't stick. It's so much easier to flip the eggs over to form the omelette. I'm able to add all the goodies to my omelette, fold it over and it slips right out onto a plate without sticking. Love this‼️

it will not work on Induction stoves…I love ware of pan…please make it for Induction stoves also.

I use it for many things it’s great I love the shape, the style, but won’t work for induction stoves too bad. You have raised the price way too much

Good material, not very high tolerance to heat

I was looking for a ceramic coating pan and came across this. This is good for the cost, however, cannot tolerate a long 15 min continuous high flame, it gets discolored and gets difficult to wash later. Overall I would consider it a good choice to last long only if use is not that often

This pan was so easy to use; the crepes don’t stick to the pan, and come out perfect. It’s great quality (sturdy, nice colour options) and I don’t even need to butter the pan like I do for other pans I’ve tried.

Average quality IMO

Been using it for about 6 months mainly for crepes, it works well in the beginning but after a while the surface loses some of its anti adhesif property. Then i started using butter so the crepes don't stick. The problem with that is that the butter burns on the surface and cleaning it becomes very difficult. Also the plastic handle smells from the heat. Not more than 3 stars.

The non-stick really works well with this. I use it for french toast, pancakes and it turns out great results especially for crepes
