Very poor suction

The suction is very disapointing! Its quite and the shape is easy to hold but the main function on the toy is very poor quality.

Fore the hight quality of the Lelo company I had anticipated a bit more suction. For us ladies that are not as sensitive it would have been a huge plus!

Defective

I don't know what exact mechanical aspect is malfunctioning, but this isn't working. It'll feel fine, but then the suction and motor power will sharply drop so sharply that it's difficult to tell whether it's still on. I think the inner membrane thingy inside the mouth is getting stuck in a forward position; when the toy's stopped sometimes pushing the membrane back will kick the toy back into gear for a few seconds. A broken product isn't necessarily a big deal. It's usually pretty easy to resolve the issue. But that's the problem here. There's no discrete way to return it. There's no discrete way to replace it. There's no discrete way to refund it. The only available route is to call Amazon and discuss the matter with somebody from customer service. Best case scenario: uncomfortable. Worst Case: completely mortifying. It's reasonable the LELO doesn't accept returns (No warehouse employee deserves to have to handle used sex toys). It's unfortunate (but understandable) that I lack the courage to call a complete stranger to openly discuss a sex toy and the nitty-gritty of my personal experience with it. LELO isn't (completely) responsible for the lack of an easy return method. LELO isn't responsible for my own insecurity preventing me from calling the people who could fix the situation. I can't get upset about the high cost, because I willingly paid the full amount. But if LELO is selling a >$100 toy under these circumstances, it should actually work.

That little fella caused Lots of big O's. We didn't even have it turned up all the way and with very little fore play at all it did the job in about 3 minutes. Guys buy this and sit back and enjoy the show.

DEFECTIVE After 60 days

Bought for my wife. We are an older couple. She has enjoyed it, but it does not take her all the way. After 60 days, it quit working-you can sometimes hear a small “flutter” when you turn it on; otherwise no vibration. I am waiting for a response regarding a refund from Lelo, but am hoping Amazon will make not right.

Faulty or just bad? Either way can't return.

Claims to be whisper quiet so I was expecting around 30-40 decibels of noise... It gets 80-90db on the LOWEST setting - that's the equivalent of a leaf blower! Either I have a faulty product or this is grossly mis-sold. Either way you can't get a replacement/refund from Amazon so I'm stuck with it.

Difficult to turn on

The product does not turn on, as per instructions. It randomly starts, often 20 minutes after you have given up switching it on. These is not only inconvenient but embarrassing!

Wish I could get my money back.

This thing is incredible when it works but it won't hold a charge. The most frustrating toy that I own. Doesn't deliver when you need it. A total waist of $200. Wish I could get my money back.
