Wow! Toss the mod podge and GET THIS!
I was intrigued by PPA as a substitute for Mod Podge - and it is a PERFECT one, surpassing all expectations. I have been working on creating yard solar light covers in colors, so that harsh white solar glare is something more attractive. I made some using Mod Podge with food coloring, but I live in the humid Gulf Coast, so the MP got milky - fast. I made another set using PPA and WOW!!! This finish really IS waterproof, hard and translucent. Last night, I looked out and saw blues, purples, greens and pinks in my yard. In daylight, I have seeming jewels in my flowerbeds. Not only does this stuff work on plastic surfaces, but I used it on some clear glass tealight holders. Brilliant colors ensued! And, since it dries free of brushstrokes, the finish is well, PERFECT! I can't speak its use for decoupage or scrapbooks, but if this material works well on plastic and glass, it should work fantastically on paper. It dries clear, hard and with NO brushstrokes. I had bought cheap dollar-store brushes thinking I would need to chuck them at the end the project, but they washed up with water. I am ordering MORE Perfect Paper Adhesive. How did I not know about this stuff???

Perfect adhesive for more than paper.
I bought the matte Perfect Paper and I loved it so I thought I better get the gloss. They work well for preserving the names of products like lipstick and lipstick/eyebrow pencils. I have finished a tube of lipstick and when I went to buy another one, I have found that the name as rubbed off. Now, the name stays on and I can reorder the exact shade! I also use these adhesives on my makeup bushes so I will always know the number and brand. This adhesive works way better than nail polish as nail polish cracks off and you have to keep reapplying and other glues are not water resistant. Oh, did I forgot to mention that they are great for just gluing. They aren't a thick glue so keep that in mind. They work better then mod podge for paper because they don't dry sticky.

Fast drying, nicely glossy, no running.
So far, I love it. Glues well, holds strongly. I haven't had any problems adhering paper. In this case, I'm using it on paper beads, and I've ended up with a nice glossy finish for each bead. The glue sets up and dries VERY quickly, and cleans up easily. No adverse smell (or, really, much of a smell at all, unless I stick my nose right up to the bottle opening.) I still have to put it to more rigorous tests, but for it being an adhesive, it does everything I want!

Good value, long lasting
Works well with paper and as a sealent. Nice gloss finish. Little dab will do the trick so u don't need a lot which means good value for the money. Just emptied my first bottle the other day.

As with the matt review. the gloss is very useful and works well on many varied items. I cannot find this locally in my craft stores so i ordered it on-line through amazon. shipping always adds to the cost. There are some other glues I am trying that I can find locally. As for this glue because of it's cost I use it only on special projects.

Pleased with PPA
I am very happy with the performance of PPA. I purchased the glossy but will switch to the matte my next purchase. I used a brush to apply it and every brush stroke showed as did every wrinkle in the paper. This issue should be minimized with the matte version.

Great for paper art crafts
My favorite for paper quilling crafts. Dries quick and is thin so its not thick and slides right on. Love it.
