Hard to install but a high quality product that fixed my leaky door
This part came just as described and once installed fixed our leaking door problem. However, the spring clamps that hold it in place are an INCREDIBLE PAIN to put back properly. There are two springs that hold this gasket in place; one inner and one outer. All of the spring tools I could find on Amazon seemed to be for the outer spring (or were mistakenly labeled for both), which is the easier of the two to deal with (and doesn’t require a tool to re-install if you use a little elbow grease). The inner spring was almost my downfall in replacing this gasket. Getting it loose wasn’t that hard, but putting it back is a tiring chore. You have to use a huge amount of force to get the spring fully around the tub while keeping the rest of the clamp in a very tiny groove. The slightest force not in the direction of the spring causes part of it to pop out of this groove (which in turn makes it easier to apply pressure to the clamp). The result is many attempts where you think you’ve applied the necessary force only to realize a portion of the clamp has popped out and you have to go back to square one. My advice is to have a friend hold the clamp in place on one end of the spring while you grab the loop of the clamp with needlenose pliers and stretch with all your might. One of you will need to be decently strong to accomplish this. Another pro tip is to rub the inner margin of the gasket with dish soap, which helps tremendously with getting it aligned on the lip of the tub (before you reattach the spring clamp). There are several YouTube videos that are helpful for overall guidance, though I found that most skipped over how hard the spring clamp was. Perhaps there’s another tool that would have been more helpful, but I couldn’t find it on Amazon. Overall, this gasket seemed identical in quality to the one that came with my machine, and it fixed the small leak coming from my washer door. This one is even slightly enhanced with an indicator to show which end points up. If you’re decently strong and handy, replacing this gasket yourself can save you some cash over calling a repairman.

One fairly minor issue
Fit my LGWM2010CW perfectly 4 stars because the drain port had left over material from the manufacturing process, which could have easily clogged the drain tube had i not checked the gasket for any defects. Not a Bot.Beep.boop.

did the trick
I bought this to fix my mothers washer after the drum pulled the gasket off of the frame during a cycle. It was an easy repair and there are many good tutorials on the web on how to do it. While I had the washer disassembled, I was able to see that the springs and struts for the drum had come off, I'd guess due to an unbalanced load, and was able to reattach them. The washer has been running flawlessly ever since [about three months now].

Replacement for moldy 4 yr old gasket
Needed to purchase another gasket due to excessive mold on 4 yr old gasket. My husband watched a u-Tube video explaining how to remove and replace this specific gasket. Video was very helpful and my husband said the replacement was easy. We will be VERY, VERY vigilant about thoroughly drying and wiping entire gasket after each load! Also going to apply water/bleach spray to fight mold! Love the washer, but gasket requires drying and airing out after every wash or mold will develop and spread quickly!

Fitment and install was pretty easy. Too bad it wasn't the problem in my case. Product isn't cheap hard rubber and all the notches and grooves were as the original. Worth a shot.

Part fits and works great
The gasket was a perfect fit for my washer. There are several videos on youtube for replacing this gasket. It is a simple operation. I would definitely recommend getting the right tools for the spring clamp assembly that holds this piece in place, but it can be done without it. Yours truly opted for the more difficult choice in order to save a buck. Washer is working great. No Leaks. No Mold. Good buy. Would buy again and recommend to friends and family.

A seemingly perfect (expensive piece of rubber/plastic) replacement for the original 10 year old gasket that came with the washing machine. Installation was a bitch and the clamps/coils/springs that hold it in place are a pain to install. Let's see how long it lasts. Would suffer again. 9/10

Seem Sturdy Enough
Replaced the 10 year old original door gasket, which had become damaged and moldy. Fit perfect but being a OEM part, seems to be lighter than the original. Has been working well for over 2 months.
