Why didn't we get one of these sooner?
This hose reel cart was received on time, was as described and was offered at a fair price. It was very easy and quick to assemble. We purchased (separately) a cover for it that matches the rest of our patio furniture covers, so now it can be even better protected from weather/elements. The cart is a great height for us to move around -- no more dragging the hose to where we want to use it. Also, the wheels look like they have been treated with a tire shine product, like our vehicles...looks great, very impressed! I would purchase from this seller again, as we are very satisfied with this purchase.

Easy to use
It’s easy to use. It doesn’t require much effort at all. The brass connector leaks sometimes I tighter it quick but I noticed some water leaking a again. I need to have a closer look. It seems very sturdy

Not worth the cost
This cart is mediocre and not worth the cost. It does the job, but probably won’t last more than a season or two.

Required Work to Work
Please know we ordered one that was supposedly tested to be working to get at the discounted price. When it was shipped, we didn't receive the connector hose. I contacted the company and they shipped one quickly. When we connected the hose water sprayed everywhere around the connection on the reel. My husband had to take it apart and rebuilt the connector. Today (April 10th-less than 2 months after having it), the connector hose busted. It is a super thin hose and has not even been moved or kinked since in use. It is a functional unit-just be aware if you buy the used-but verified/working one that Amazon ships. Our experience hasn't been pleasant.

Really difficult to assemble. Bit sturdier than anything else I’ve owned.
I bought this a few months ago and didn’t think I’d have a problem assembling it. The instructions were clear, however, in order to assemble the spool to the frame, someone had to hold the pieces together, forcing them together, while someone else put the bolts in. It required more strength than this reviewer had. It was if the holes didn’t really match up. Now that it’s assembled, it is sturdy and the crank moves really well. I have to put one foot on one of the wheels to hold it down so I can crank the hose up, but It is a much smoother process than one of the plastic ones I’ve had previously. It winds up fairLy smoothly and the hose pulls off easily. It’s a great purchase for the management of long, heavy hoses. Just make sure you have someone to help you assemble who is strong with a good grip.

Bent all to h**l
Seems to be a sturdy little cart. I like the assembly a lot. However, I received mine 2 days late and when I did, the one side (as shown in pictures) had been terribly bent and messed up. I am not sure if I can still use it. Also, my box was soaking wet so there is no way I can reuse the box to return the item. Very disappointing Update: was able to put it together and use it. Looks skittle funny with bent side, but it works. Turns out it was a shipping defect. Not a product defect.

Works fairly
Cheap connection hose provided had to be replaced a few days after use. The cart it’s self moves around fine. The hose reel is a little stiff, doesn’t spin easily like a different one I have. But works for what I need it for. I wouldn’t purchase another one if this one breaks. Definitely get what you pay for. Mediocre

The frame is weak and wiggle when you move the cart
I don’t know who designed this product they didn’t have any idea that the connection for the hose is outside of the reel and it created the problem no matter how u connect it .It .either will bend the hose and cut off the water right at the get go point. I have enough of it and ask for a refund but the cost to ship it back is 1/3 of the amount so I end up have a piece of junk in my back yard. Do not buy

Très robuste et facile à manipuler
Nous avons utilisé ce support pour 4 boyaux d’arrosage car le terrain est grand. Il fut facile à installer et facile à transporter d’un endroit à l’autre. Bons sommes totalement satisfaits et nous Recommandons son achat. La robustesse du mécanisme justifie son prix totalement.
