As you can see, it is long, as listing description says 45 inches, see if this is not too much for your height. Just right length for a height 5 feet 6 inches, keeping in mind that a protection from elements was a priority in this design. I would like a shorter version of it, but what was ordered was delivered. It is not thick, but medium density fabric offers good wind protection and insulation is enough for a fast changing weather. Hood, arms, body, around neck fit close enough for a good weather protection. It is more heavy duty than lightweight packable thin coats. There is no elastic inside sleeves, but they are narrow, long and there should be some kind of sweater under it anyway. Not too high neck, glad to see this. Good for a weather for +5C to -10C, for a lot of wind. Very few of my disappointment were:1) The location of the narrowest place at the back, on kidneys, good for looks, but for keeping them safe and warm below would be better, for a warm air pocket over them. But this class of coats is in a different price range. 2) Positioned too high, too narrow and deep pockets, more for a phone than keeping hands warm, 14" deep, 6 " wide. Sizing: use regular size, not one size down, too risky. I ordered smaller, and it was a close call. Outer measurements for size L ( substract ~1/4" thickness and it stretches a bit): Back length 45", snaps at the back are 10" from the bottom, waist line on the back is 16" from the base of the hood. Bust curvature is not much, fine for me but not for a busty person, chest (half of circumference) at the sleeve 23", at bust line 22". Hips 25". Sleeve is 26" long, upper arm half circumference 9", sleeve at the bottom 6". Shoulder: top seam from base of the hood 5", from sleeve to sleeve on the back 15.5". Neck is not for a very long necks, just prefect for an average neck, 3.5". Nice and very functional coat, just right for a local weather.
