Good product, bad shipping.

I’ve always used Redkens One United leave in conditioner. The last time I went to purchase it was $42! I started looking around and saw this conditioner and read the reviews. When it came, the bottle was rattling around in a too large box, and the sprayer was loose even though it was sort of taped. The goo was all over. Ok having salvaged the rest of it, I tried it. My hair is very damaged because I’m halfway through gradually bleaching it grey. My hairdresser warned me that it was a long process and it is rough on the hair. The Redken product helped this, but the Grow Long is so much better. My hair feels soft and silky again, and my slight wave has come back. I really recommend this product.

Don’t pull your hair out!

I’ve tried a lot of products, and I received this as a sample and was quite shocked that I actually did not have to pull a comb/brush through my hair and pull hair out at the same time! I always use conditioner in the shower, leave in treatment conditioner before I dry my hair, and it still does not come out tangle free. With this product, I spray a little in my hands and rub it in my hair, run my fingers through my hair, and my brush or comb just glides through. There’s no greasy look afterward and I was always trying oils and all kinds of things to keep it from tangling up so I’m very happy that I’m no longer pulling my hair out!

It made my frizzies soft and smooth!

A year ago, my hairdresser accidentally (yes, really) overbleached my hair. I lost quite a bit and what was left was horribly dry and frizzy. I've spent the past year trying a multitude of products. When I first applied this one, all I could think was how wonderful the scent was. Maybe too strong for some, but I like it. Later in the day I happened to catch a glimpse of my hair in a mirror and had to do a double take. It wasn't frizzy or dry looking! I was shocked! I had applied the product only to the bleached section so my normal dry areas still looked dry (they're nowhere near as bad as the bleached areas) so the next day I applied this to all my dry areas. I couldn't believe the results. I have 5 different leave-in products in my bathroom. I now have used this one on damp, freshly washed and conditioned hair, as well as dry, 3-days-since-washed hair, with the same heart results. My hair is long. I spray 5 times into my palm, then smooth onto my length, all over. I wish I could describe to y'all how amazing this works for me. I just don't have the words. I hope the photos help, though they certainly do NOT do this stuff justice. The unbound hair is without this product but with another one (and still kinda dry); the ponytail photo is smooth and lovely with JUST this! Subscription time, absolutely!

Fragrance is really strong

I couldn't rate this less than 4, because honestly, the product is great, and customer service is even better. The only reason I took off a star is because the fragrance is overpowering. It's a good scent, but it's very strong. I have sensitive skin, so I have to be very careful about how much fragrance I come into contact with. Customer service was quick to issue a refund, which is very much appreciated. If you don't have any sensitivities, you'll love this product, but if you have any allergies to fragrance (like me, sadly), you may want to find an unscented product instead.

Only if the nozzle was working right!

Both my 8 year old and myself have hair that is very prone to tangle. I have been purchasing a very expensive name brand (It's a 10 miracle) for years. Then due to the cost, I decided to look on Amazon to find something and came across these. Very very impressed. They detangle way better the name brand product and smell so good. The only problem is the application, the spray nozzle is really hard to press and even when we spray it, the product gets out in goops and a bunch of it (not the mist, the actual drops of it) gets all over the shirt, mirror, counter. So it doesn't spray, it gets out drops! If they change the nozzle, I will repurchase.

Helps so much

My hair is very curly/wavy and I have struggled with frizz my whole entire life, I'm 30 BTW. I've tried so many different things and nothing has really just worked. This is different. So after I wash my hair ( I do every other day) I spray this in after my shower and I typically air dry ( I have also blow dried my hair with this and it's the same result) no frizz. I also straighten my hair out very often. I sweat alot at work and normally i can feel my hair coming back to life ( by frizzing or getting curly by the sweat beads) and it doesn't happen with this product. Definitely give it a shot.

Makes my hair so soft and manageable.

04/17/2023 I really like this. I usually spend $80-$100 on 2-3 hair products every other month. I don’t put any at my roots, only bottom half. I can’t put product anywhere near my roots, it makes it look so oily after one day. It sucks! I do the bottom half of my hair, where most of my problems are. I have straight hair with light frizz and tangles. I’ve cut my hair to shoulder length recently so it’s not as bad but this leave in makes it feel amazing!! A small amount goes a long way for me. I also don’t brush my hair when it’s wet because it can lead to breakage, despite what brush it is. Will update when my hair has grown past shoulders.

The best for my curly hair!

I LOVE this leave in conditioner! I didn’t think I could find something I like better than a more expensive brand I’ve been using, but I do. This is very light and not greasy or filmy. I applied it directly to dry, 2 day hair for some moisture. When I flipped my hair back over (upright), I looked like I had just styled it and it was full and beautiful! My curls felt so velvety soft too. I was doing it right before bed, but wished I was going out somewhere with great hair like that :)

Didn’t work

Honestly I am not sure how this product has so many great reviews. Maybe I am just the odd one out. I gave this product several tries because it had so many great reviews. Every time I sprayed it in my hair I was left with this gross tacky feeling that would not go away. It made my hair more tangled. Unfortunately, I had to re wash my hair every time I used it, so that’s why I’m giving it a 1. Just thought I would share in hopes that this might help someone.

Tames my “Art Garfunkel” hair ! Great stuff !

Most of the reviews here are from women. I’m here to tell you a man’s story about hair problems. This product is the miracle I’ve been searching for for decades. As a youth I had full-on hippie hair, like in the Broadway show: “Gimme a head with hair. Long beautiful hair. Gimme it down to here. Gimme it down to there. Shoulder length or longer…etc”….remember that? Well my hippie hair went totally split ends and frizzy. My ma would lecture me: “One day you’ll be sorry about that god-awful long hair. Your hair is so damaged it will never recover. You’ll go bald!” Well ma was mostly right. Bless her soul. When I matured into a man earning a living by serving the public I cut my hair to be more presentable. But all I had was a head full of fine, kinda curly, frizzed, split-ends, un-shapable ART GARFUNKEL hair. Aaaaargh! I HATED it! Now I’m an old hippie. I developed classic male pattern baldness and hair went pure white - which I’m OK with, it’s a natural look. Still, I could never get my hair to stay put where I want it - I want a Caesar-type do, with some body and staying power, but I want no sculpting pastes or oils. Just natural feeling hair. Until Marc Anthony Grow Long products came along my hair always sprung back to the Garfunkel look. Today after using the Grow Long suite of shampoo, conditioner and stay-in conditioner for just one month a miracle has happened! My hair comes out smooth, no frizz or split ends, style-able and stronger. I air dry it and it stays where I put it now. I also notice it growing faster, which is desirable because I’m wanting to grow a bit longer-than-usual style. No more FREAKIN ART GARFUNKEL look! FAR OUT MAN! Buy this! Uhhh... Amazing?

My hair finaly feel soft, they have volume and most importantly for me i have curls instead of a shapeless mess, plus they smell good and natural/fresh.. Im grateful I put a good quantity of product on the length of my hair and a bit more at the tip after i shower, when my hair is slightly wet. I leave it overnight (put my hair up or on the side, not attached) and I wake up with cool looking hair. I tried sooooo many products and so far this one is from far my fave for natural curls and softness. My hair usually look like hay so.. Thanks lol

Amazing for dry, frizzy hair

This product is an incredible moisturizer for my dry and damaged, curly hair. I have tried air drying after putting it in and it significantly reduces the frizz and it also smooths it nicely and gives a bit more volume around my roots which is awesome. I can see how using too much would make your hair feel oily as a couple of time I’ve used it I put a little more and it was borderline but when the right amount is applied it is amazing. It’s also an excellent detangler. I can finally finger brush my hair again. I’m really happy I found this product!
