Vsaďte svůj nárok a chraňte své území s hrou Blokus Duo! Tato hra je Blokus, který znáte a máte rádi, ale je určena pouze pro dva hráče s ještě rychlejší hrou. Naučit se to trvá méně než minutu, ale nabízí nekonečné strategie a zábavné výzvy pro celou rodinu. Každý hráč dostane sadu 21 figurek a poté je střídavě umístí na plán. Existuje pouze jedno pravidlo: každá figurka, kterou hrajete, se musí dotknout alespoň jedné další figurky stejné barvy, ale pouze v rozích! Cílem je vejít co nejvíce figurek na herní plán. Hra končí, když již nelze položit žádné další figurky, a vyhrává hráč s nejnižším zbývajícím počtem! Hra obsahuje desku a 42 herních figurek. Pro dva hráče od 7 let. Barvy a dekorace se mohou lišit.

Super easy to learn!

This is way better than I though, it's super easy to learn but hard to master. A lot of strategy is involved and you feel a sense of improvement each time you play. I really recommend this.

This game is really fun for the whole family. This is the original Blokus so the board is bigger. The pieces are high quality.

I LOVE this game. :*)

This is a fun little game for spacial learners. If you're into Tetris, you'll especially enjoy placing the tiles strategically and blocking opponents. I have found that people tend to either LOVE this game or dislike it a ton... I haven't found an in-between. But as for me? Perhaps top ten. I'm hooked!

Fun game!

My 6-year-old granddaughter, had this game mastered after a couple tries. Most of the time she beats the adults. Definitely can be challenging. Would definitely recommend.

Great game! Poorly engineered pieces

It is so frustrating that the pieces of this game do not fit well together. The cannot all sit flush, and are also (less importantly) varying thicknesses. Neither the original nor Trigon have this issue. Bummer!

awesome game. but the XL is just slightly larger. maybe 10% over the regular blokus. definitely better than the regular.

Great compact game for two

The wife and I got this so we can play Blokus on those days our friends and family aren't visiting and we still want to play. It is small enough to be easily transportable too - for games on the road.

Great game for two

It’s hard to find board games that are suitable for two players. This game is fantastic. Easy to learn and it is completely different every-time you play. We love it.

Excellent strategy game

Well made. Each game takes ~20 mins. Having played the original 4 player version many times, this is a perfect variation when you don't have many friends. It's usually a close game since it's more difficult to fully block opponents out of areas than in the multiplayer version. The board, and hence the box, is quite small so doesn't take up much shelf space.

Really great game for all ages!

This is one of those games that adults like to play as much as the kids so you won't mind playing it over and over again. Great for pre-schoolers too as they can easily grasp the concept of placing the pieces corner to corner as per the game rules. When not playing a game, mine also like to just put the colorful pieces on the board. This is a game I think younger kids can grow into as there are many different levels of complexity to this board game - from playing with the pieces to the competitive strategist. Who knew such a simple concept for a board game can be so much fun for everyone.

A great family game

I was concerned that with no theme that my girlfriend's family would not like this game but I was wrong. It is a strong favourite for all ages and both girls and boys. What I like about this game is that it takes just 2 minutes to explain the rules but takes quite a lot of thought to play and master it. All the boys play it right down to 5 years old although the young ones need a little help. In the middle of the game it can take quite a lot of thought to make the best moves. I think it is best played with 4 people. You can play 3 player and take turns to play the dummy hand or play with 2 and control 2 colours. In the box you get a large plastic board and 4 sets of 21 coloured shapes. All the pieces are sturdy and well made plastic. The shapes slot into the grooves of the board and are relatively stable but not completely knock proof. It is important not to loose any bits because that ruins the game so I suggest that you keep the bits in baggies. Games are about 30 minutes long. Very Pleased that I got this game and I recommend it for all ages if you like a game that will make you think strategically.
