Company made it right!

Edited: I contacted the company. They paid the return shipping. Then they sent me beautiful flawless new ones. Before I pulled them out of the boxes I noticed flaws around the top ledges. Both of the ones I purchased had the same flaws . Perhaps it’s happening in the manufacturing process. I haven’t checked the rest of the flower boxes yet. Considering sending them back.

Nice looking but

I like the look of this however I have no idea of the self watering feature is working. Whenever I fill the water hole I never see the overflow coming out the side. It’s the most bizarre thing. I’m standing there with the hose and squirting water in for awhile nope never an overflow. Where is the water going? It’s bone dry when I feel the dirt on top?!

Plug for fill hole missing

This item is exactly what I wanted, but needed to figure out which size. While doing this the price raised 2 times in one day!! Then I received the item with a missing fill whole plug! I can not figure out how to get ahold of the seller?!

Design and function are top shelf excellent!

It sits over a deeply embedded tree stump between the bushes. It looks great and is the sturdy and durable planter we needed.

Great size, just as described, hides porch deliveries!!!

So, I have not planted in this. I placed a nice sized topiary bush in it's pot inside this planter then stuck four stems of fake foliage into that pot to disguise that it wasn't actually planted in it for theft reasons. These ones on Amazon worked so great: HUAESIN 4 Bunch Fake Flowers for Outside Faux Eucalyptus Leaves Plant Plastic Flowers Shrubs for Pot Vase Filler Bedroom Wedding Hanging Basket Decor Red. Anyway, I then placed this in front of my porch step. It is SO great at hiding any package deliveries! I had a sign made on Amazon that says "Please Place Packages Here" so now 90% of the delivery people do so and the items are not seen from the street. Won't help the people who follow delivery trucks to steal but most of the time porch theft is simply a crime of convenience, they see the item stop and grab. I have yet to have a problem between this and my Ring doorbell notifying me of deliveries. Anyway, the planter itself is bright white, stands out really even next to my house white trim. It is clean and sharp looking and arrived in perfect condition and is lightweight. I can't speak as to the drainage ability because of my use for it thus far. I am happy with the purchase.

Leaks from the bottom

Nice planter but I should’ve checked the bottoms before using it. I bought two of them and one of them leaks from the bottom, so the self watering function won’t work as desired and there’s a water stain on my porch.

Perfect planter for where I needed some color

Planter is very large and sturdy. I like the water reservoir to keep flowers hydrated when I forget. I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate its durability.
