It's a Moen of course!

Moen is always a smart buy. The reason I gave it only four stars is that the hand held shower head must be put back from the top. I am a short woman and this is difficult for me. I much preferred my old Moen shower head that had a magnet under the main head that held the other. Still great.

Nice shower heads Easy to install and use. Not seeing any negative. Has all the features as described a works well. Bought 2 with different finishes, both are great.

This is a great product to allow for great water pressure when there is not much.

Yes, I LIKE it.

Great for me, but I am short. If you are over 5'4", you will need a pretty high opening for it. The operation of the handsprayer is a little awkward and stiff, but manageable. I do enjoy this type of water flow, and it was super easy to install, but I had someone who knew what he was doing, and we read the caveats from other buyers. (Thanks!)

Crappy Quality: AVOID

I'm guessing that this is made of PVC and covered by a 'chrome' paint or whatever. It certainly is NOT made of steel and then chromed. This is a piece of crap and if you drop the handheld shower head, my guess is it will break eventually . . . and someone in the shower will certainly drop it. I bought this because I wanted a higher quality handheld shower head and figured that Moen would be one of the better quality handheld shower heads. Well, I was WRONG!! This will not last 20+ years the way you might expect a shower fixture to last. Don't get fooled, as I was, by the Moen name. It's name is "mud" going forward with me.

Easy to install and easy to use

Easy to install and easy to use. I like how the handheld rests higher than the other and can be adjusted. It works great for me and for my much taller husband.
