Nice but not without faults

Pros: The tall size means I can get large pots in and out of the sink easily, unlike my prior faucet. It looks nice and works well. The design is great, except for the left handed one I got. Cons: It drips 4 or 5 times after shut off. Makes me feel a little uncomfortable since continuous dripping & running is not what someone wants from a faucet. Yes, after the initial drips, they stop but I still think that it should not drip at all. Somehow, we ended up with a left handed faucet. I saw no mention of right or left handed. When I am ready to scrub or utilize with my right, holding the pan or whatever, the faucet on/off should be on the left. It is not. It is a bit awkward turning it on and off, since it is on the wrong side. I could get the plumber back in to turn it around but then the writing instead of Moen will be facing front and the writing should be on the back and the plumber would charge all over again. Lastly, the pull out cord is just one foot long - not long enough to reach to a pan on the counter. Essentially, it is for sink use only. Rather stupid since filling a pan for boiling should not require putting the pan in the sink, where it would get wet and have to be dried off before putting it on the stove.

Easy to install

The kitchen faucet was quite easy to install. Has the special tool included to tighten up the faucet under the counter.

Beautiful and easy to use

I had an expensive kitchen faucet that had broken, and it didn’t match the other hardware in my kitchen. Found this on Amazon and knew I would like it because I have found Moen to be very reliable. My son-in-law and his buddy installed it for me and it is perfect. Thanks to Moen and Amazon for sprucing up my kitchen.

Started leaking the 2nd time we tested it

We're in the midst of a basement remodel and just installed the faucet finally so past the return window unfortunately. The 1st test went fine but the 2nd time we tested it for pipe hookup of the sink the dang thing was leaking from where the water mixes. Hopefully Moen will honor their warranty & send me a replacement.

A Value Product not high end!

I bought this unit to replace another pull down faucet that simply wore out from corrosion after 10 years. I did not want to spend a great deal of money so I priced compare various sources. Amazon had this unit on special for $50 cheaper than the big box store. I was unaware that there is a significant difference in all models regardless of the brand. First of all the amount of water being offered is significant less than my older unit. Th e instruction manual does not mention water usage. The overall stature is much smaller than the older unit. This is not an off brand I expected more. Installation was straightforward no surprises, however the instructions should have better illustrations

Good looking faucet

It is important to note that this is the 2nd faucet I received. The first one was installed and proceeded to leak internally right away. I called customer service and was given a return label and this one (the new one) was shipped the same day. Installation was easy and this one did not leak at all. I am pleased with the replacement

Elegante, fácil de instalar, funciona con presión baja.

Fácil de instalar. Aunque tengas presión baja funciona correctamente. (No con la presión que mencionan en los otros comentarios pero es funcional). Nos gusto mucho el diseño, (negro con cobre), elegante. La boquilla es de plástico pero se ve de calidad. La la regadera la puedes extender aproximadamente 40 cm , sale con suavidad y regresa si lo deseas es decir que puedes mantener la manguera fuera sin que se regrese automáticamente. Creo que mejoraron el botón para la regadera de presión puesto que se regresa solo. Encantada de haberla comprado.

Nice faucet, easy install

Nice antique brassy look, easy install, I directed while my wife fit under the sink and I did not! You do need space for the retracting weight to pull the hose back but you can adjust the movement with a bracket to hold to back of cabinet. Didn't think we would bother with the pull down as we did not initially want it but it is in fact a nice feature for rinsing sink when dishes are done. Would recommend. The 3 hole base (escunsion?) was attractive but we had a previous 1 hole install.

Looks Good, But Had to Return

When I received this tap, it looked exactly as I wanted. It looked as though it would be easy to install. And it appeared sturdy. However, the inside piece which connects the long tap to its base was broken so I was unable to install it. The return process was very easy and very quick. It was free shipping to return. Because of the timing of my renovation, I needed a new tap immediately so had to pick out a Moen tap at the store, otherwise I would have reordered another one of these.
