Defective

First off, I had to replace my Moen soap dispenser because the threaded tube into which the bottle screws broke off after 3.5 years of use. When I received the new dispenser, the plastic tube that goes into the dispenser did not fit. It was too small and kept falling out. Fortunately, I kept the plastic tube from the old dispenser and it fit fine. It was obviously a larger diameter which gave it a tight fit.

the functionality

It is very nice and is sturdy but very over priced compared to the off brand ones. It also only pumps a very small amount of soap at a time. I ordered the moen brand to make sure it matched the faucet oil rubbed bronze and it is off by the same amount as an off brand one was that would have been $100 less. This one is much sturdier though so I will be keeping it.

Beautiful, well made and finished, heavy

This is a quality product with an excellent finish. Works VERY well, easy to pump and holds sufficient quantity of soap. Easy to refill, just pull out pump and fill.

I have an Arbor wave faucet and ordered 2 of these to match in my new kitchen it matches perfectly! I haven’t used it yet as the hubby is still doing the electrical work, I will post with update soon
