Wide toe box is fine, but too wide in heel

I really like Naturalizer flats and have worn their traditional flat in different colors for many years. But my feet have changed and I now need a wider toe box. I've ordered several of the current flat styles in "Wide" and they fit perfectly in the toe box, but are too wide in the heel. They just slip off my heels. I even bought heel pads to take up some of the slack, but they still slip off my heels. Disappointed. Will have to return.

Good All-purpose Flats

These flats are great for simply wearing with everything. I like the dark brown coffee color. My only wish is that they were sturdier. They are a bit flimsier than I'd like. Just be warned that they will feel more flexible and softer than they look.

Love 'em!

I needed a nice pair of flats that would go with my wedding dress (it's ivory and pink) and the metallic rose pair is perfect. Ordered my usual size and they're extremely comfortable and fit exactly as expected. The top was slightly tight but had stretched out after only a few hours of wear. And they're cute on top of it! So glad these were offered in the metallic pink. Perfect princess shoes!

Brown Naturalizer shoes

Ordering shoes on line is always a bit of a worry but I was in need of replacing my copper color shoe with something that would work for me. These shoes fit perfectly. I wore them immediately to work and they were comfortable all day.

Not for me

These shoes seemed to run wide in the heel, but tight in the toe and were very sloppy on my foot. The leather was nice and smooth, but they just weren’t a good fit for me & I returned them.

I first ordered a size up and they were too large so I sent them back and got a size 9 wide and they fit perfectly and that’s the size that I needed

The color is beautiful! Sooo comfortable. I really like this shoe brand. I will definitely buy these again, in more colors of course! ????

It’s a very comfortable shoe.

It’s a very good looking shoe. So comfortable. Can wear it with pants or dress it up with a dress. It’s a shoe you can wear all day.

Sizing is wrong and poor return policy

Although a lovely pair of shoes, they fit like a 7 instead of 7.5. I felt like the ugly step sister trying on Cinderella's glass slipper. I am returning them. I have just downloaded the return label and was shocked by the company's return statement. The list of things that would be checked before issuing me a refund was long. I am so concerned I have taken pictures of the shoes to protect my refund. And, I have to pay to return the shoes. I strongly recommend you find another company to purchase these shoes from and save yourself frustration.
