well made shoe

Purchased the hiking shoes for outside work, (mowing, trimming brush, etc.) Ordered a size larger for heavy socks, too short tried a thinner socks still not comfortable to wear for work all day. Returned them If you can get a good fit, they are well made would probably last. Even though they did not work for me, I would recommend the for quality and support.

Fit good and comfortable but fell apart QUICK…

I work at UPS as a preloader (loading up the local delivery trucks) so honestly I bought these for this job as they were affordable and I did try before you buy. They weren’t too hot or anything, and I’m not doing anything super crazy so I figured they’d work, since I’m not allowed to have regular tennis shoes. I bought these literally July 2022 and this is what they look like already….I’m kind of disappointed they are already falling apart SO badly. I ONLY wear them to work, I don’t kick into things or do anything crazy like I mentioned so I’m not sure why this happened. So if you’re looking for something just cheap and short lived probably great, but if you’re wanting them to last longer than a couple months-don’t bother.

Uncomfortable

I hoped they would be as comfortable as the trail shoes. Unfortunately they have a very hard insert, not conducive for long walks.

AWESOME shoe for the price!

I purchased these boots about a year ago because I was tired of using Nike running shoes to hike in and slipping and sliding all over the place. I was pretty skeptical when I bought them just because the price is so low for hiking boots. After a year of hikes in them, I am SO PLEASED with my purchase. I've used these in almost every type of terrain - mud, sand, rocks, rivers, plain old dirt - and they never make me feel like I'm going to slip or fall. Minus one star because they're a tad clunky and were a little big for my feet. I'm pretty petite and usually a size 7.5 so, with that being said, I do wear double socks with these. Longest hike I've worn them on so far was about 8 miles over mountainous and rocky terrain and I had no problems with sore feet or lack of support (my dog was probably wishing he had a pair of these as well).

These are very comfortable but wide.

I bought these for work, I wear them 50 hours a week for work outside at a tree farm. They are extremely soft and comfortable. I have flat feet and other issues so I immediately feel when a shoe isn't well made or doesn't fit properly. I bought them 1 size up as my feet swell but they are wide but I can tighten them enough. They are holding up well as I walk alot through algae,sand,grass,water ....I would reccomend!

Get the brown ones.

Okay, so here is the deal: the shoe is totally different depending on its color. The gray with teal is way different in materials and fit than the brown ones. If you are normally a 7 or 7.5, the 7.5 in brown fits pretty closely. The gray in either size has a weirdly short toe box. If you have a longer second toe, the gray ones will not work. The 7.5 in brown will. These are wide, like most hiking shoes. I would plan on an insert for support. The brown ones are nice, given the price range. But the gray ones fit very strangely, with the end of the toe area being abrasive.

Good for non-avid hikers

These are wonderful, affordable hiking shoes for someone who isn’t an avid hiker. I go to college in a mountainous region and hiking is a common endeavor. These shoes hold up very nicely. They are truly weather resistant. My only concern is that they aren’t always very comfortable on longer hikes. My feet are sometimes sore afterward. They’re also a little bulkier than I expected. Despite those minor concerns, I would recommend to anyone who is just getting into hiking or is only going to go a few times.

Fits small!

These shoes are at least 1 size too small Maybe 2 sizes. I cannot wear them as they do not fit

Good value for the price.

The shoes are a bit large, but I bought half a size bigger becaue other customers advised it. It was a good advice. I can wear extra socks because there is more room, however they are not too big to wear with normal socks. Comfortable. A bit large but OK. I walked 13KM one day with it and I felt comfortable. I recommand it.Good value for the price

Way to small!

It fits about 1 1/2 sizes too small. I ordered size 11, I felt like Cinderella's step sister trying to put it on.

A bit tight for me at the toe but a well fitting shoe otherwise.
