Not rain pants..

Says rain pants, trickled water over the bottom of the leg to see, as my son rides his bike in the rain. The water went right through. So do not rely on staying dry at all.. Reflective absolutely, material good for light use, don't digg around or anything....

Elastic waistband

Son wears these visibility pants for work, and likes the elastic waistband. The type with draw strings are not good and don't stay up.
