A Great Looking Bag But......

I loved the look of this bag and really wanted it to be the one that worked but it was missing an important option for me, the riding cart strap pass-through. It did not list it in the options either on the Amazon web site or the Ogio web site. I tried messaging Ogio but could not get an answer so I went ahead, took a chance and ordered it anyway. While it was in transit, I finally heard from Ogio that it did not have one and I tried to cancel the order, but it was too late. When the bag arrived, I did not even open the box and opted to return it. Otherwise, it has all of the other great options I really liked, especially the hold down straps for my walking cart. It really is a beautiful bag and I was so sorry I had to send it back.
