Just for ambience... but beautiful!

This is a high quality lamp. It's not made poorly...it's of high quality materials and it's heavy & sturdy. The shade is the kind of shade that doesn't let much light out so it's just for atmosphere...not for reading! You can always buy a lighter colored shade if you want more light in the room. I bought 2 of these to use in my main bathroom. It classed-up the room. If you need more light, you should get the lamps with light colored shades. I put the newer kind of light bulb in and I think it was supposed to be a 60 watt or less bulb.

Size matters

I recently received my ORE International Table lamp, and i must say the box was 3 times the size of the actual lamp. It is a nice little lamp however it is far smaller than i expected. Just be aware that this is a very small lamp maybe used for decoration more than practical use. My only gripe with it is the size, other than that its a nice lamp, the finish on the body of the lamp is not gray and white, which it seems to look in the picture but in fact a faded blue and white color.

Great lamp, color a bit off

Perect size and serves the purpose I bought it for well. Just be aware however that the body of the lamp is more on the yellow/cream side than on the grey side. Since my room is pink and grey I would have preferred the lamp to be the color in the image. It still works for the time being, not too much of a clash, but be aware color is not as in the picture..

small with dark shade. get lots of compliments on it

For some reason I expected the shade to be more of a charcoal color but it is definitely black which is fine. It came quickly in the mail and in good condition. It is small and the light is not very bright because of the darker shade but that is what I wanted.

Poor Quality Control

If the lamp was properly put together, I would give it 4 stars. The first lamp received was returned because the wide part of the base was not centered on the bottom part. Also the shade was somewhat crushed. Since we liked the lamp, I returned it for a replacement instead of a refund. The second lamp was better aligned but still not really good; however we decided to keep it (there is a way to turn it so that this is less obvious). The shade was less dented than the first as well.

I should have looked at the size.. my fault. Lamp is much smaller than a reg. sized lamp but very cute just put it in a different location in my house

Ok lamp

Bought this for my mother and it's not the best quality out there, had a giant crack on the side of it but instead of sending it back and all that hassle my mother super glued it to insure that the crack wouldn't get any bigger.
