Bigger than I thought

While these were bigger than I was expecting, they still fit in my flats and I can wear them with no discomfort. I do feel some relief from plantar fasciitis with these.

So much relief!

These are amazing! I was very skeptical, especially with the low price tag, but I figured I'd try them out. I have been suffering from foot pain for the past few months and even purchased some very expensive shoes to try and remedy the pain, but I ended up still in pain plus I started to have heel pain. Day 1 was a little rough - dealing with my feet sitting higher than usual in the shoes, getting used to the overall feel, and some soreness at the end of the day. By day 2 the heel pain was nearly gone. I'm on day 4 now and my heel pain is completely gone and I only have very minor soreness of my feet once I take my shoes off. These have brought me massive relief and I will continue to wear these and recommend them to anyone I know with foot pain!

These have helped me with my plantar fasciitis. They provide cushion and support. They can be tough to get used to but they are worth it!

FIT IN MY DANSKOS

After developing acute achilles tendonitis, I swapped out my Birkenstocks for some old Dansko kitchen clogs to get a bit of drop. These inserts actually fit in both pair of Danskos (which are admittedly roomy) but they do need double sided tape to keep them from sliding forward. They relieve my achilles and heel pain by about 85%, probably a combination of the cushion and slight additional lift. Even if I have to replace these inserts frequently, I will, because they work.

Lifesaver!!!

These are truly fantastic. I agree with the previous reviews on how great they are. I ordered the Woman's and I take a size 8. These fit great no matter which shoes I put them in. They truly take the pressure off of your heal and you can feel the relief immediately. I have tried several from pharmacy stores and big box stores with the brand name most would recognize. They just never felt right or fit my shoes. I love that they do not cover the whole inside, just the heal/arch area. I was worried that they would move or slip, but they abosolutely don't. These inserts are perfect!! Just order them. You will NOT be sorry!! I love them and can't say enough good things.

Helped cure and now prevents my plantar faciitis

I now have several pairs of these orthotic inserts so I don't have to keep transferring my original pair from shoe to shoe. I developed very painful plantar fasciitis a few years ago during a two week walking tour and it took me almost a full year to recover including orthotics while sleeping, etc. One of the things I relied on were these orthotics during my healing process and I have used them ever since. If you have high arches, they are a life saver. I even put them in my shoes that have decent arch support. They took a few days to get used to them but I don't even notice them anymore and can't do without them. I walk at least 3-4 miles a day and even more on trips and these have kept my bout with plantar fasciitis from ever recurring.

NOT REFUNDABLE!!!

I tried these inserts with AND without socks and either way the tip of the insert (not the heel) folds up into my foot. They are non refundable if opened.

Great deal

These are very supportive at an affordable price. I have the expensive full size ones from Super Feet. I needed something without toes for a pair of Vans. (Vans have no support and now that I have Plantar's Fascitis I must have support.) I ordered two different kinds, these ones were way better. I haven't had them long enough to know how they hold up but for wearing a few times, they have been great.

Absolutely the best solution to plantar fasciitis! Brilliant!

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for 3 months now and it has really been getting me down. I tried these insoles for the first time this morning and I could have wept, the relief was so instant and incredible. I am so happy I saw the review of these and decided to give them a go. Very comfortable and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I’ve tried many many different solutions and these are by far the best. Don’t waste your time with gel heel covers or socks - get these. They really work.

Not worth the money!

I have plantar fasciitis and bought these after reading various reviews online about them being a good budget buy. I have worn them for just over a week and the fabric top is coming away on both insoles (see picture). They may be budget end of the line for insoles for this condition but I’d still expect them to last longer than a week!

Dreadful

Do Not Buy This Product if you have plantar fasciitis it WILL make it worse. I have had this condition for several months and have tried many solutions some have helped but its still very painful so I decided to try different insoles. I am appalled at how much pain these insoles created they do not provide the right support for this condition. Amazon also have a No Refund Policy on this product, so I can't return them or get a refund for a useless product so please do not waste your money.

Good pain relief aid

I have only today received the insoles and put them in my shoes, and for the first time for a week I can walk without hobbling. Hopefully the insoles will continue helping me cope with my painful foot. I would add For information the insoles were smaller than I anticipated but realise they are American sizing which converts to Women’s 4-8 in Britain (rather than Women’s 6-10 shown on the packaging)

I purchased these as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis for ages but I didn't have loads of money spare to buy the podiatrist recommended insoles. I did the exercises given to me by my podiatrist and my feet started to get better. The ultimate test was a week long distance hike where I was carrying my 19kg gear. I was worried the hike would bring my feet problems back but I glued these insoles into my hiking boots and they were great! They have quite high arch support which was great for me as I have high arches and the heel is nice and bouncy. My feet are now fine fingers crossed they stay that way. I very much doubt these insoles would cure your plantar fasciitis on their own, but combined with the foot exercises etc could be effective. Worth a try I think.
