Happy

Ordered 4 chairs (oak). All were very nice and quality and finish were excellent. The only issue was that some hardware was missing from two of them and two wobble slightly but overall happy with our purchase.

Easy assembly

Took about an hour to put the two chairs together.. bolts appear to have lock tite on so should stay tight.. Allen wrench was stripped before I got done, but I have my own so not a problem..

Nice chairs

While putting these chairs together, the holes drilled for the screws to hold the seat cushion on are drilled from the tongs side making the screws to short to use that are given with the chairs.

Super Purchase

Ordered 3 of these for our kitchen bar… love them! Super sturdy! Love the color! Was not difficult to assemble! Very nice!

Excellent Quality

I must say the quality of these chairs is top shelf! Took me a minute to figure out the instructions as there is no text you just go by the pictures, but I am very good at putting this stuff together. I love them and get so many compliments on them!

Great looking stool - looks more expensive than what is charged.

I'm VERY happy with these stools (2). The bad? Assembly was tedious and long and instruction booklet was TERRIBLE!! No text, just abbreviated pics that is missing certain specifics that if you do it wrong when you have a choice, it's a 50/50 chance it WILL be wrong. So then, you have to unassemble and start over (happened to us twice). But, the end result is lovely. Like being in labor - all is "forgotten" once baby is born. They really look professional and we had no damage to any of the parts, which were all there. Have only used them occasionally for two weeks so only time will tell if they will need tightening, as some have remarked. I would definitely order these again. Swivel is xln't, btw. Comfort is fine - two bigger people and seniors - certainly good enough for 2 or so hours of sitting. Wouldn't want to sit all day, however, as cushion isn't that padded and one would start to feel the hard bottom. And for MY kitchen, the color stain used matches my cabinets beautifully.

Nice chair, terrible instructions.

For the price, it's a decent chair. The first chair took me an hour and a half to put together because the instructions are so bad. There are 4 bolts shorter than the rest, doesn't say where to use those. The normal screws obviously are used to secure the padded seat to the chair, but it doesn't mention those either. It doesn't differentiate the first step which way the ring faces up or down, so make sure the first ring you are securing to the back of the chair is facing the correct way, which has more holes facing down to line up with the swivel part of the chair. Every step of the instructions calls for a washer with every bolt/screw at every step, but they don't give you enough washers... The support ring for the chair legs, that's where the shorter bolts go WITHOUT a washer. I hope this saves someone else time because overall it's not hard to put together once you figure it out and forget the instruction manual.
