Good work boot

They fit, they feel comfortable, and they're durable, but they cam pre-scuffed. When I received them they felt uncomfortable, tight and they were scuffed up around the toe. I thought of sending them back but then decided to wear them in. After wearing them for 3 days they felt better than my old boots. I was still upset about the scuffs as I wanted to be the one to scuff them but it's whatever. They would have had those scuffs the first day on the job anyway. Love the boots They need to be worn in (as expected) They look alright for work boots

He likes the fit of this boot. Always wore them a year with no issues until the ones we purchased in october, the inside sole all came apart. Reported it and probably foolishly bought another pair. Was kind of hoping they would stand behind a boot worn 1 monrh. I haven't gotten a response.

The best by far

Only work boots I’ll ever own. Worn every day for months now and they’re still great. Would have trashed a pair of sketchers by now. Looks like these boots will last a year or more. ( probably with in soul replacement) I like them even better than my heavy expensive red wings. Update- 2 1/2 years and going 5-6 days a week. Only thing I do is oil them every so often.

Great boots

These were my first pull-on work boot in many years. I usually wear lace up. And I have a wide foot. So I was worried about fit. I wear a 10.5 to 11 in most shoes. I got 10.5 EE (wide) for these and they fit great almost immediately. Very short break in time. Waterproofing works. Soles are comfortable and flexible, but still supportive and offer good protection from sharp rough stuff on the ground. Very happy with them.

Great boots

I was concerned if it would fit or not cause I haven't worn these kinds of boots in a decade. My old work boots were too short and snow always got in my boot somehow. So far, I haven't had any issues with these boots. They are perfect for me. I don't know if they are waterproof yet but I will find out once the snow decides to stick around.

Ariat customer service

I purchased these boots Jan. 2020 thru Amazon . I was very happy with these boots until Nov. 2020. the left boot inside the heal came loose from the foundation of the boot. Because of this I could not get the boot off without help. The heal would come up with my foot and trapped it inside the boot. I understand problems can happen with any product. What I'm not pleased about is the customer service from Ariat. First of all I called the customer service number and was on hold listening to the same song for 48 minutes and was disconnected. The next day I called again and was on hold for 41 minutes be fore I talked with customer service. They told me since the boots were less than 1 year old that this was a warranty claim and I should contact the warranty dept. I contacted them thru email and got lovely response from them that told me how important I was to them and I should contact the retail dealer and he would contact them for a request for warranty and if I could not do that to call Ariat customer service. I am still waiting for an answer to my last contact. Like I said the boots were great until the problem and I realize that problems happen with all products but what is extremely upsetting is the run around from Ariat.
