One of the best pairs of boots I've ever owned

I've owned a lot of Columbia products ranging from boots to jackets, and they've all performed outstandingly well and were very durable. A friend noticed these boots on sale for $45 despite usually selling for $120, and she knew I would be excited to order them. This has been a fairly mild winter in New England for snowfall, and I have heavier-duty boots that are more appropriate when the snow is over 6-8 inches, but those are impermeable (not breathable) and relatively uncomfortable. By contrast, these Columbia boots hit the sweet spot for anything under such huge accumulation, including for daily wear, as they are completely waterproof as well as breathable and are doubly insulated with both 200g traditional polyolefin and a reflective barrier. I wore these through a record cold snap a few weeks ago that reached -10F (-25C) and they were as effective as I hoped they would be.

A Warm Friend To One's Toes

These snow boots certainly keep one's feet warm... they are easy to lace up and tie and, unlike other boots, the laces remain knotted regardless of one's trekking. The only area where some extra thought could be applied would be in the interior base of the boot which could use some additional padding to add greater comfort... the floor of the boot is somewhat hard on the soles of the feet unless wearing very thick socks. Other'n that, solid purchase.

My teenage boys love these

Warm boot without the bulk. Not as comfortable as previous model. But they wear them! They won’t wear any other winter boot. Teenagers!!!!

Columbia is a good boot needs more insulation at the toes

I drive a forklift at a fruit packing company in Hoodriver OR its wet cold I deal with 29° inside. I like the boot but need more heat at the toes.

Too hard

They look rough and too hard. I'm waiting for the right weather, I hope that the shoes will become softer. The size is bigger than my usual 8.5 Adidas.

Great fit look cool

They fit great and look cool. I had a pair of Napoleon dynamite boots before these???? I bought these in wide and saved some money, but they fit awesome????

Can’t wait to use them

Nice quality snow boots size 16 fits me well although I typically wear a size 17 in regular shoes. These fits perfect!!! And their well insulated and seem comfortable and durable!

Only downside is that it misses out on comfort when wearing for long hours, feels extremely bulky.

Very comfortable and warm

I was looking for something in a wide size that was warm, comfortable and supportive. These fit the bill. I take a 10W but ordered a 10.5W after reading the reviews. This worked perfectly. They also fit my orthotics well, so everything is perfect.
