Quality doesn't meet expectations
First I must say the strap looks much better in person than on pictures. That's a good side. On the other hand, there are a few cons: 1) The quality is below my expectations. I've noticed that the glue that connects upper layer of the strap with its lining, has dried, or it was simply a very bad glue. Therefore at the buckle's end of the strap near the keepers the upper layer of the strap and the lining are separated from each other. As a result, the buckle cannot stay in place and comes loose, making the gap even bigger. That is what I noticed right out of the box, I haven't even put the strap on the watch yet. Of course I will try to fix it by myself, I guess a few drops of superglue will solve the problem. But, you know, from the very beginning, that is poor quality indeed. 2) I expected more thickness for a 26mm strap. They say "medium pad" in description, but, well, "medium" is something abstract, go figure what exactly they meant. Why can not they clearly state thickness in millimeters, same as many others do? Something like "Thickness 4mm" or so. Anyway, I was expecting more padding near lugs area. 3) They could include a pair of 26mm spring bars, which would be nice. But they didn't. You need to buy the spring bars by yourself, or use your old ones, if they fits. Why is this important? I know many people is looking for a 26mm replacement straps for Invicta Lupah. Lupah is a popular watch, and 26mm is a default strap size for most of men's Lupah's models. If you buy this strap for Invicta Lupah, you must beware that in most cases you will not be able to use Lupah's default spring bars with that strap. This is because in almost all versions of Lupahs the default strap's spring bars usually have special small thumb for "quick change" feature, which makes them uncompatible with straps made by non-Invicta. This is why it's convenient if seller provides the spring bars with the strap, otherwise you need to buy extra spring bars by yourself. Keep that in mind. 4) The description proudly says "Made in the U.S.A." But the sticker on a package says CHINA... Whoops... Looks like the manufacturer tries to mislead the customers? So that will be a 3 stars rating. I've seen much better straps even in that price range.

Great looks, good fit, excellent price
This is a very good wrist strap. I normally use metal straps, but I got this to replace the original rubber band on my new LG G Watch. I have the watch's "white" model, but it's only white underneath, and the screen is black, so the strap matches pretty well and I've been complimented on it a few times. I find that it looks equally good wearing jeans or wearing more formal business attire. It is indeed genuine leather, and as such it smells, feels and looks very well. The strap has, to my liking, a few drawbacks. First, as other reviewers have noted, it is rather stiff. It does soften after just a couple days use, though. Second, it seems geared towards thicker wrists than mine. I have to use it at the second-to-last hole, which aggravates the stiffness issue. Third, one of the holders is sewn in place and I think it's just too close to the buckle. If, like me, you have thin wrists, you'll have to pass a long section of the strap under this holder, and it being so closely situated to the buckle, and the strap being relatively stiff, makes it rather difficult to put it on. I hope that as time passes and the stiffness gives way this is less difficult, but my main concern is not difficulty getting it on, but that the holder eventually snaps. In all, I'm very happy I got this strap -- it really helps offset the boxy, boring nature of my (otherwise pretty good and cheap) Android Wear watch.

This is as nice or nicer than the band on my Tag!
This band is outstanding. I bought it for my Pulsar which looks similar to my Tag. I wear the Omega every day. Well this band is as nice or nicer than the band on my Tag! I may replace it with this one soon. Excellent product. Oh yeah the customer service at the company is good too. I bought the wrong size band at first, contacted the company about an exchange. They didn't do anything special but they were professional and that's all I ask for. Buy with confidence. In both photos the Tag, with its branded band, is on the left and the Pulsar with the Hadley-Roma is on the right. One photo is with indoor light and the other photo is in bright sunlight. Compare the 2 visually for yourself. Ignore the mark on the Hadly-Roma. I wear the watch everyday and beat it up pretty good (I'm a network engineer so some days I'm sitting at a computer in khakis and a collared shirt and others I'm running cable in some rough environments. I also work on cars and with my hands in general so I'm rough on the watch and the band). I put the mark on the band but don't know where or when because a watch is a tool to me and I buy quality tools because they hold up best. Well the Omega is quality (yeah so's the Tag) and so's the Hadley-Roma! Sweat, rain, oil, paint, snagging on misc crap, ... and the thing looks fantastic! At this writing I've had the band on it for over 4 months.

Exactly what I wanted - very good price - excellent Hadley-Roma quality
The pictures look to be a bit darker than the strap actually is though this is a very nice quality watch strap. The width at the lugs is dead-on not "about" or a little under over sized for what is stated. The watch I replaced the band on had a poly band and was a little too rigid and "pinched" my wrist. Just after I swapped the original poly to this leather strap the watch is much more comfortable. The stitching is contrasting and almost a cream color not a stark white which means it won't show dirt after the first wearing and adds a sporty yet classic look. There's a bit of tapering but it's not excessive and adds to the comfort. The strap does not come with spring pins but you'll probably transfer your original ones if they're in good condition anyhow - I recommend buying a spring pin tool for easy removal/install they are only a few dollars here on Amazon. Hadley-Roma produces leather and exotic straps for some pretty well known watch brands - these will NOT look like watch straps purchased at a big box store and while I don't wear just one watch from day to day the other watches with Hadley-Roma straps hold up very well - quality is top notch.

La correa es de buena calidad, se siente bien y es bastante bonita. Yo pague alrededor de 250 pesos y por ese precio no puedo pensar en alguna mejor. Positivos: -Bonita. -Bien hecha. -La sensación que da al tocarla es buena. -Según las especificaciones es resistente al agua y con el uso que le he dado no se ha dado entre el sudor y las lavadas de manos no se da deteriorado en lo absoluto. Negativos: -Al inicio es bastante dura y toma algo de tiempo para reblandecerse -No trae pines de repuesto, si los que tienes ya están en mal estado tendrás que conseguir por otro lado. -Algunas marcas te incluyen la herramienta para el cambio de correa, en este caso no es así. -En la región de la hebilla se partió un poco al usarla por primera vez, cuando está puesta no se nota solo cuando te la quitas o pones. Entiendo que hay gente que le pueda molestar y por eso lo incluyo, a mi personalmente eso me da igual.

Nice looking strap, good value for the money
Edit: After wearing this strap for about 3 months I'm actually very happy with it. It has held up well and what I initially thought was a cut that would turn into a rip seems to have just been a scratch near the lugs. The strap has broken in well and is very soft with a nice visible grain. Whether it's really or fake I don't know but it's good. I'm finding it difficult convincing myself to upgrade to a strap that cost $100 more. Either way, this turned out to be a good purchase and I would recommend it to others. I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. Old review: Very nice strap that actually looks quite nice on my watch. I bought it as a quick replacement for the metal bracelet on my Breitling Avenger until I find something better since I didn't want to scratch up the stock bracelet. At first impression the strap is quite stiff and needs to be broken in. It also has some areas that scratch the skin and are not comfortable. The strap keeper is one of those, with it's white thread. I've decided to wear it with that thread outward since it scratches my wrist. The area where the buckle is also scratches the skin because the black fabric does not meet seamlessly there. I've attached a picture of that too. I've worn this strap for 1 week now and it's gotten more comfortable HOWEVER it's also showing signs of wear. I've attached a picture of the part the springbar goes into that's looking like it might tear in the next couple of weeks. Overall this strap is good looking and somewhat comfortable after a break-in period but doesn't appear that it will stand the test of time and shouldn't be more than a temporary or secondary strap for your watch. I'm going to continue looking for a nice leather ammo strap.

Debo decir que conseguir correas de 26mm no es fácil, encontrè estas en amazon y me parecen una buena opción. Las correas en un principio están muy rígidas, con un poco de uso empiezan a suavizarse, aún así me parecen no tan suaves. La calidad es aceptable, no puedo decir que son grandiosas porque con poco uso parece decarapelarse. Además al final de la correa viene pegado y no con costura lo que hace más fácil que se despegue en un futuro. Las correas son algo formales y gruesas.Me parece un precio justo por lo que recibes aunque me gustaría que tuviera un poco más de modelos.

Great replacement strap! Really like it
I purchased this strap as a replacement for my Michael Kors MK-8017 chronograph watch and I really like it. It looks great and the price is right! The MSM906RB-220 is actually the 3rd Hadley-Roma replacement strap I ordered for this watch (I returned the first two). The others wereHadley-Roma Men's MSM886RB-220 22mm Brown Genuine Shrunken Leather WatchStrap andHadley-Roma Men's MSM894RB-220 22mm Brown Genuine Leather WatchStrap . The leather and stitching of this one is nice and decent quality, and the leather is a nice parallel cut with a (mostly) straight edge. It's perfect for my old MK wristwatch. See photos below, which have a little leather conditioner worked in to the strap.
