Perfect match

This was a perfect match for my faucet and functioned perfectly. I added a long tube to suck up soap directly from a bottle of Dawn below. I used special self adhering tape to make sure the tube would not fall out of the fitting. After two months I have had no problems.

This is still working, 3 months later, so I'm thrilled. We use this for dish soap at our kitchen sink. The last one that we bought at Lowe's didn't work well, and we'd pump & pump & get nothing, and end up having to pull the pump out of its bottle to get dish soap on our sponge. So frustrating! But this Pfister version is doing great. Hope it keeps on!

Working great after 2 years of daily use

I was nervous about purchasing this based on the poor reviews here, but I went for it and I'm glad I did. I have never had a problem with it, it looks great, was easy to install, and works perfectly. I purposely waited to review it to see if it would work over the longer term, and all I can say is that my experience has been markedly different from other reviewers'. I say go for it.

Not living up to expectations

I selected this dispenser to match my current faucet. It looks very nice and was easy to install, however, after sitting idle for an hour or two it takes several pumps to dispense the soap. I've had plenty of other sink mounted soap dispensers over the years and they never required this extra "priming" to work. Additionally, after pumping the soap, it will continue to ooze and drip into the sink. For this price I figured it would work better.

I've had similar problems as others. I purchased this on October 11, 2014. Two years later, I'm buying a replacement because I'm tired of trying to fix this thing. For the past year it has operated poorly, requiring dozens of pumps to dispense soap. Now, it doesn't dispense soap at all. If you buy this, you might as well buy one for every year that you want to use it and plan on replacing it on an annual basis.

I just needed the straw part that is attached to the top. Mine is old and made different, but this top still worked, so now I have a spare bottle.

Missing parts

This item arrived missing the soap pick up tube. I returned it and they sent me another with the same problem. After explaining my problem to "Jessica" (in India) at Price Pfister for about ten minutes, I finally was able to get the part shipped. Not thinking I was going to get the right part, I went to my local hardware store. I believe it was 3/8 plastic tubing that fit the base of the pump. The part I was sent included the pump and the tube attached to it, so now I have a spare.

Nice appearance, easy to install

Matches the faucet, easy to install and the color blends well with different colors in my kitchen. Also easy to keep clean.
