Love this relaxer
I love this relaxer! My hair is much more manageable when it is straightened, and I still retained my naturals when wet. It also did not burn or irritate my scalp. I recommend this relaxer!

Still MY #1 go-to!
I have used this relaxer for years. I have been natural for over 10 years but like versatility of going silky straight, or full fro or twist outs, so Phyto protein packed relaxer works well with my high porosity 4a-b-c hair. Rinse and rinse well. Lather and let the neutralizer soak through. My scalp is tough from years of relaxing before going natural. Level one was just right as a texturizer.

Zero customer service
This product has the worst customer service. No one answers the customer service phone number and no one calls you back if you leave your number. I have naturally curly hair and used this product thinking it would be great to just blow dry my hair and not have to straighten it. I absolutely HATE the results, I lost so much hair in the shower when I combed it out and my hair isn’t straight or curly. All I want to know is how long is this going to last and will my hair ever go back to its normal curly form???

Do not bother if you have Afro hair
This relaxer burnt my scalp but didn’t even dent the hair. My hair was kinky and got really dry. Either relaxer had expired or it’s just bad. Avoid.

Bon défrisage qui n’a pas agressé mes cheveux
J’ai trouvé le défrisage très bien il a bien défrisé mes racines a voir sur le long terme .. j’ai complété cela avec la phyto crème défrisante et mon broshing été parfait ???????? les racines sont bien détendues.. poser 20 minutes (cheveux frisés épais)

Bjr. Le produit est bien ok même si c est trop fort pour mes cheveux boucles. Faut pas le laisser longtemps... La livraison avec colis Simon La Poste ben c eqt bof !! J ai dû aller a la Poste 2jours apres parce que c était ouvert que le matin. Cdt.
