Saved me a lot of work
Thought I was going to have to slither into a horrible 20 inch high crawl space to replace the entire rusted out flange fitting on cast iron pipe that caused my toilet to rock. Worked perfectly without even going outside and messing with the 75 year old plumbing. Just be sure the floor where it's screwed down to is sound.

Did not fit.
It is a sturdy piece, but the mounting ears are slightly raised and not the same level as the rest of the ring. That prevented the ring to fit flat over the flange.

Good for easy repair.
Works great for damaged toilet flanges without having to replace the original flange. Drop down bolts holes a plus over flat repair flanges.

Permanent fix
I had a broken off-set Toilet Flange. If you run into this you'll find a plumber will charge at least $400.00 to fix the Flange. If complication come up you can exspect more than a $1000.00 plumbing bill. A broken drain while trying to remove the old flange often happens and that requires the slab to be broken out. I thought that there must be a cheaper way. Even if you pay the $1000.00+ bill you could face the same expensive problem a few years down the road because and off-set flange can only be replaced by an off-set flange. The use an off-set is caused by the rough-in plumber missing where a wall was going to be built causing the toilet position to be to close to the wall. In my case, not only did the plumber come short of the wall when he installed the off-set flange he did not use a level leaving one side of the flange a 1/2" lower than the other. This is a nightmare. I bought 3 different types of replacement flanges. The first 2 required the old metal flange be removed. With a tile floor on cement this would mean breaking out tile an some cement and still having to deal with the crooked flange. Because of the tile the flange was below the service the toilet set on. I bought the Superior Flange I used water proof none shrinking silicon and glued the flange onto the tile making sure the slots were lining up with the old toilet flange's slots that except the bolts. Also I filled the gap between the tile and the flange with the silicone. Then I bought a set of "GOOD" concrete/tile drills (you only need a 3/16 drill if you don't want a set). After letting the silicon set for 2 days I drill through the tile and into the cement using the holes in the flange as my guide. I bought cement screws the type that don't need anchors (excellent product). You can buy them on Amazon or at any hardware store. I secured the flange with the screws, set the wax ring in place, and mounted the toilet. I now have a permanent fix to my problem. The toilet does not rock, leak, and the flange is level so the toilet is firmer than before. Superior Flange 6.99 Concrete Screws 8.99 Silicon w/proof none shrinking 4.99 Set of concrete drills 12.99 For a total price of 33.96 Hope this helps out someone facing this problem. I'm not a plumber and this was easy to do.

Bent Out Of Shape
Sadly, this product was not quite the right size for the job, which is nobody's fault. I might have used it anyway, but it was also badly warped/bent so that it would not lie flat over the broken flange, hence, useless. I asked for a refund and got it with no hassles. Amazon said I could keep this iron frisbee.

Needs modification to fit your toilet
Make sure to check the fit of the flange with your toilet before screwing to the floor. I had to grind two tabs off to make it fit the base of the toilet. It’s not a big deal, just something you should learn from me! Otherwise you have to swear a little, lift the toilet off, grind away, and maybe redo the wax ring. In the end though, it worked out and I no longer have a leaking toilet.

Worked perfectly
Had the old parts of the ring out and this in in less than 15 minutes, toilet on in another 10 minutes. Nice and easy fix for what looked like a major problem.

Great find!
I am far from an expert so this guy saved me from a potentially huge job to remove the entire old flange the way it was installed and glued to the pipe in this particular bathroom. This allowed me to just replace the outer (and severely rotten) outer plastic ring and I was done in no time. No chance this ring is going bad ever. Sigh of relief!

Would be better galvanized
This works as a good rescue style flange. The metal is painted and a bit thin but it does work. If it was galvanized I would rate it higher.
