This is a great travel case

This is a great travel case. I was somewhat concerned about airline storage but the case is smaller than the carryon suitcase I use to travel with. I was also concerned about the wheel quality after reading some reviews. I called Amazon and explained my concern. The representative I spoke with said he would investigate and get back tome. With in five minutes of hanging up I was called back with the information. That is "Customer Service" as it should be. While the handle pole is a single post and flexible it works very well. If I can state one complaint it is that for this price I expected that a name card/Business card holder would have been included. That aside, I would buy this again.

Received missing parts on my order

UPDATE: The bag is great and has no major issues. The only issue that I have come across is that the plastic clips that hold the bag to the roller have come off. I am missing one of them. I emailed customer service. Hopefully I'll get one soon. They should include extra clips in the original package. The handle has had no issues but seems flimsy and rattly. Maybe that's the design? Maybe mine is defective? I can't tell. But for a college student commuting around with tons of books. This is helped me a lot. ------------- I just received the item today, 3/20/12, and it is missing the two plastic parts that connect the case at the bottom. I just sent a letter to the company asking for the missing items. Let's see what happens. I will write a review later

Nice case, smaller and lighter than my Mc Klein Chicago I had for many years. The wheeled base clips rather than zips to the case probably less maintenance over time.. 3 weeks new , so far I really like it...

flexible system

The "exoskeleton" for the bag is quite sturdy. Attach it when you need it, remove it when you don't. Bag is high quality and I expect it to last for years.

Decent product

good suitcase, the only irritation is that one of the clips that connects the bag to the rolling case pops off and then i lose it. this has happened 3 times. quite annoying.

Very Nice A+ you will not regret this purchase.

Very Nice and stylish. The leather blew me away with the softness yet durability. I really like that I do not have to use the wheel option for smaller jet jumps. The option to remove it from the wheel housing allows for a much smaller foot print and holds my computer and gear. A+ you will not regret this purchase.

Love ,love it,love it!!! I was nervous about this at first but it is a beautiful laptop bag. I just tested the rolling part of it and it is very smooth and great look..I got some attention from others with it.everything is well built!!Very grateful to have this purchase.

I am not sure it is really leather, it is probably very cheap leather. The overall design is not impressive given the high price of this bag. The mechanism for detaching and attaching the wheels is not robust.

Excellent, worth it for the price! The 2-in-1 mechanism is great, comes with weather-proof cover and laptop sleeve. Extremely satisfied, I would recommend this product.
