Nephew loved it!

Purchase this race care and track set as a Christmas gift for my wonderful lil nephew. He has enjoyed playing with this set and continues to. I can't claim first hand how it performs as they live out of town but I know that he's had it for at least 4 months now and its still going strong.

good fun, very tricky to assemble

i was surprised by the bulk of this package - you're getting a lot for your money. the instructions are unreadable, so we put this aside shortly after the unboxing and came back to it later. playing with the track parts without the zipline was good fun, but after getting the zipline assembled it was very impressive. with the focus on the zipline there seemed to be a lot of extra pieces of track available. when we decided to make it go up and down the sofa we found we needed more grippy pieces - but unfortunately only the bare-minimum of those were supplied. also one essential piece, the canopy to hold the vehicle down on the vertical section as broken, so we needed to use a chopstick to keep it fastened. also un-attaching the tracks to change the battery was a long-drawn-out frustrating affair as i was concerned about breaking the links. and battery life isn't that great. overall i'd worry about children breaking the pieces, and too much adult help - and patience - is required. would benefit from just a couple of extra sections of track with the grips on them. but for the price it's an impressive package.

Super fun, works well

Good value with a coupon, wouldn’t pay full price. We bought a second set after enjoying the first. Took some time to figure out that the bumpy pieces must be used for the up-ramps. Changed the batteries immediately as other reviewers recommended. Zip line track is cool too. 8 year old could do it with some help. Overall a hit!

Prepare to go rogue

We set this up as displayed and the kids enjoyed it for a bit. After the initial set-up, they had far more fun creating their own obstacle courses for the vehicle, which was fine by me -- fewer parts everywhere! Do note that there is a safety feature in the wheeled thingy that will shut it off if it gets stuck. I thought the batteries had issues, but that was it. I'm glad it had it though, since my daughter put it into my hair and I thought I was doomed until I realized it shut off and I could gently pull it off. Any other car would have been a huge issue, so I really appreciated that!

Fun track

My boy likes this car track very much. It allows him to customize it anyway he wants. It was easy for a 6 years old boy to setup all by himself. Good toy.
