Came broken and cage in general is unsafe

My cage came broken and had a card on the inside from PetPrevue that stated to contact them with part replacements or any other concerns and not Amazon. So I did just that….without response back from them. I have purchased other items in the past from PetPrevue manufacturing and they’ve all been very good but this time I have been very disappointed. Luckily I contacted Amazon Customer Service and explained to them and provided photos, and they gave me a full refund. But still after seeing it in person even if it was broken, round cages aren’t good to keep birds in so this would better be described as a travel cage as was my intentions to begin with. This make however is very cheaply made and not sturdy so if your feathered friend is a chewer this is NOT the cage for them as they can easily work the plastic and cause the entire cage to fall and come apart possibly killing them. This cage is unsafe. Not all of the PetPrevue items are because I would say that many of their products are the best on the market but this specific one….yeah no. UNSAFE.

Starter bird cage.

Small for most birds

I got this as an outside cage for my conure. I would NOT keep him in it for any longer than I would stay outside. It isn't strongly constructed. I added zip ties to all the connecting parts for security. The poor customer who's parikeet died in the food bowl make me question my purchase. I ended up not using them.

Nice cage

I got this cage for my parakeet nice size, easy to assemble, good quality so far so good. It came with a swing and a bar stick all the other toys I got separately.

Weak materials

It came bent on one side, the cardboard box had been smashed, did no request a replacement to avoid the hustle, material is flimsy.

Great quality for the money!

This cute round cage did not disappoint. Very sturdy and I was quite surprised of the value for the 24.99 I paid. It comes with a perch, a swing and two feeder dishes. The bottom is cleverly set up for easy removal of the catch pan. Perfect for a pair of finches. The food dishes attach into the cage by spring loaded doors which is much better than the slide door feeders. I definitely recommend and would purchase again.

Overall Not Bad

Cage is good for one parakeet, two might be a little tight. The only downside is the food and water bowls are a pain in the but so I had to cut the sides of the cage to accommodate the old cage's food and water bowl.

Too small for most birds

The media could not be loaded. Great for Daisy my canary, she seems to like it and luckily doesn't play with toys so not a problem as not a lot of space to hang. Finches or small canaries yes, anything else a no no .

Cute!

It is a great cage but a bit difficult to clean. Also, one Society Finch managed to escape through the opening for the feed cup!! So I have purchased feed and water cups to go inside of the cage.
