Cheap but Work

They do work but are not made of metal. These are plastic. So if you are wanting something you can use day in and out, look elsewhere. But if you need something to assist in locking the screens in until you clean them they next year, these should work

Pins won't stay in

When you try to retract these pins, the cap pops off and the spring loaded pin goes flying. If you're doing this to install the screen into the window this will cause you to drop the screen out of the window too. The quality of the pieces in one bag varies a lot and some hold better than others but none of them held strong enough to really be safe.

This is easy to install but the cap is a little loose for shaft. So, it is easy to come out from shaft.
