Comfortable
So, I’m looking for genuine military style pants. While tan is not military issue they are pretty close. I’m a purest, so the polyester cotton blend is not my favorite (I’m a 50/50 nyco guy). But the cut is similar to my army issue BTUs I was issued in the 80’s. The BDU style and cut is extremely comfortable. If you want a comfortable pant, these are nice.

Probably Subjective but Honest Review
I'm a 6'2" male weighing 165 lbs. with an office job. I bought these because I really liked my DSCP brand USAF cargo pants that I picked up at a thrift store. I wanted more of the same but not camo print. I wanted to be able to wear them to work. A co-worker had a couple different styles of 5.11 pants, and he recommended them. They sounded kind of amazing. I was a little pumped. After getting past the hype period of my new pants -- when you overlook things you dislike -- I came up with this list of things I don't care for at all: - These pants are freaking too tight! I normally wear 32" waist pants. I bought a size Medium Long. 32" is supposed to fit nicely at Medium, but it doesn't! I can wear these pants for a day if I've had a break from them. If I wear them a second day in a row, they start to feel uncomfortable. If I wear them a third day, I can't stand it and have to change. It feels like a bruise starts developing around my hips and even my back. I'm not a big guy! This is my #1 problem. - The double thick section over the knee is quite poorly placed on the Medium Long. It's really high. It's so high in fact, when I kneel down, the seam is right under my knee, where all my weight is. That hurts. So, I have to pull the pant higher up my leg, and then my knee is not even using the double thick section. Pointless. - Probably TMI, but my crotch and buttocks area do not get enough ventilation in these pants. It's most noticeable when sitting on an exercise ball or riding motorcycle. Along these same lines, if your leg is sweaty, the pants kinda stick to you and you have to assist them when you kneel down. My last three negative points are matter of preference. I don't consider them bad design, but they're bad for my taste. - I don't need the blouse straps. I cut them out. Issue resolved. I didn't mind. - I don't like the use of velcro on the cargo flaps or rear pockets. It feels like a good quality velcro. That is not the issue. The issue is it scratches my skin whenever I use the pocket. I'm probably a softie, but I'm also probably not the only one in the world. This was pretty annoying. A second reason I prefer buttons on cargo pockets is I like to use one of the button holes to clip my keys onto. That way, my keys hang inside my pocket in the same place instead of bunching up in one of the corners. I lost that with the 5.11's and really missed it. - I didn't like the compartments in the cargo pants. I thought I was going to. I do own a rifle that uses AR15 mags and tested them out. I thought it was neat and that I may use them for mags here and there, but it wasn't going to be a daily thing. They were more annoying than useful in my daily life, making sure to avoid dropping anything into them. If I accidentally dropped something into them, it's a tiny chore to retrieve said item(s). After all those gripes, is there anything I still like about these pants? Yes, but not much, sadly. - The pants feel pretty tough while remaining light. This is great! - I suspect the color will stay strong much longer than blue jeans or pants that are blended with cotton twill. - I really liked the belt loops. I wear a heavy belt with metal plates on it (a biker or cowboy belt I'd call it). I like when it's nice and easy to get my belt on without feeling like I'm tearing up the belt loops. - The price was pretty decent. I'm sad to say that I would not recommend these pants. My next pair will use buttons on the cargo pants (that alone rules out 5.11).

Great BDUs, BUT...
...Propper has serious quality control issues with regards to their buttons. I've owned half a dozen pairs of their pants over the years, and EVERY ONE of them at some point drops a button and I have to resew it. For this particular pair that I bought, the top front button is not aligned with its hole; and so I'm probably going to remove and resew it once it drives me crazy enough. Or maybe I'll wait for it to fall off, too. Aside from that perennial annoyance, they are sturdy, have excellent pocket depth and size (I carry my Note 10+ in a front pocket!), and have a bit of style.

It's not made of that..
These pants appear to be well made but they're not as described. The description states the fabric content as: Fabric Type 60% Cotton, 40% Polyester However, the pants I received are marked: 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton. For some of you it might not make a difference, but out here in the Arizona desert Cotton is King. It's natural, it breathes and helps to keep one cooler. Poly on the other hand is plastic and in hot weather it's like wearing a plastic bag and makes one hotter and sweat more. Hopefully this will be fixed in the description soon.

Hgh Quality
This company makes very well made, high quality pants. Have different types of their pants and all are great. Very comfortable and long lasting. Wil continue buying well into the future.

Great for work
Best construction work pants. Much more comfortable and durable than jeans and the big cargo pockets are great for a tape measure and other small tools. Ripstop material keeps small holes from becoming blowouts. They have ties in the bottom cuff to cinch them around/under boots; I cut those off because for me that’s a useless feature and they become a trip hazard if left loose.

Good uniform pant
Good uniform pant. Only thing I don't quite like is the fitting cord on the sides. Would've been good as well if the shirt colour matched exactly to the pants. Was slightly off. And not crazy about the button up crotch
