Glad to find it!

Thank you so much for having this pan available. I have purchased a new electric pressure cooker and had never made a cheesecake in it. Once I read that I could I was so excited to try it. I have an excellent cheesecake recipe but it takes 5 bars of cream cheese and 5 eggs plus 3 yolks so I was able to scale it back using this pan and still have a wonderful and consistent cheesecake with my pressure cooker for 20 minutes as opposed to tying up my over for over 6 hours. I do use parchment paper since it is aluminum and have to keep it in the refrigerator in the pan over night and don't want it to react with the pan. I hand wash and keep it oiled which is why I give it 4 stars it takes a little extra work. I still will buy another when I need one.

About 4.5 inches, not has high as would have liked

Ordered this product to make some smaller Holiday fruitcakes for some nesting tins I had ordered and the tins could not accommodate the 6" fruitcakes. Not disappointed but would have liked higher side for fruitcakes. BUT, I will say, they baked beautifully, were easy to release and fit inside the smaller tins with wriggle room. I just packed the excess area with rum-soaked dried peaches as a garnish, heh heh... The tin on the left is the 6" Wilton Springform pan, the one on the left is what this review is about.

Okay but could be better

I was excited to order this asap because I wanted to make a cheesecake in my insta-pot. I'm always on the look out for the healthiest options for cooking so when I heard about this pan (being steel coated and non-stick) I scooped it right up. However, after the first use & wash the pan looked rough like maybe it won't hold up past this singular use. It's disappointing to say the least...but I did get my desired cheesecake. I hope there will be a solid stainless steel option available in the near future, that would be great! In the mean time I'll just keep looking.

Very thin - never received an undamaged pan

After two orders arrived bent out of shape I gave up and ordered a different pan. Photos of both orders attached. I would have preferred this pan as it is tin and does not have a toxic non-stick coating. It definitely is thin and you can tell it would need extra care - both in use and in washing. I may give this a try again in the future if the packing/shipping issue is addressed.

A little small

I ordered both the 5" and 7" springform pans since I didnt really know what to order. I know my 9/10" is too large and so much of the product goes to waste. The 5" is really to small and is probably better for our waistlines but it was hard to adjust recipes to fit a 5" also. I am glad I have it though in case I ever need to make a tiered cheesecake. The price was GREAT and shipping was fast. I enjoyed the 7" right away and the 5" will get used one day.

Works well, but rusts easily

The first time I used this pan, I was really impressed. Perfect size, non-stick, no leaks. But after giving it a quick hand wash and what I thought was a thorough drying, I came back a few days later to find rust in all the corners.

Cheap low quality

Item arrived disfigured. It was easily bent back in shape due to the low quality aluminum it was made from. It is supposed to be rust free/maint. free but I am not feeling too confident that it will stand up to even one baking.

A surprisingly high quality pan.

Yes, a surprisingly high quality pan. They did take a long time to arrive, but they actually arrived earlier than the advertised date when I bought them - just be sure to check before you order so you won't be disappointed when it doesn't arrive overnight. Well worth the wait since I didn't want to spend much money. I bought two and made a really cute double layer cake.

The size is perfect for the recipe but the spring form rusted after the first washing. It's fine for the price I paid.

Cheaply made

You get what you pay for. I should have sprung (no pun intended) for the more expensive one. This rusted before it was even used. I washed AND dried it, and noticed rust when I went to use it later in the week. It warped after one use, so it's tricky to get the bottom to sit right long enough to click the spring shut. It's garbage. Save your money.

Fox Run 9-inch Spring Form Pan.

These spring form pans are well made for the price. I am glad I could find ones that are not no-stick, because the no-stick ones you cannot cut on with sharp knives and one needs a sharp knife when cutting cheese cakes. I am very happy with my purchase.
