It works

1/4" Rabbeting bit works as advertised.

oversize bore on top bearing - not interchangeable

I was very disappointed that the bore on the top bearing was slightly larger (about .010 inch oversize) that the standard 3/16 diameter bore on most router bits. So I could not remove the bearing and replace it with a different size bearing to vary the cutting depth. I bought the cutter with a stack of various size router top bearings. Unfortunately, none of the various sized bearings would fit the pilot on this cutter. You are stuck with the bearing that come with it. Completely worthless to me!

Best tool for the job

This tool does exactly what was advertised and then some. It is fast, very sharp and cuts 1/8th inch grooves in wood so fast it makes your head spin. Not only that, but the price is right too. Any handyman should have one in her tool box.
