A good handheld grater
This is my second one of this style grater. The first was another brand that had lasted years before developing a crack. I couldn't find that one again so went for this one and so far, so good. It is actually a little smoother to use and easier to clean. If it lasts as long as my last one, I'll be very happy.

Good quality!
I work at an Italian restaurant where we grate the cheese for the customer . I have used so many different graters and seen them break over and over. This grater I bought for myself at home and seems to really stand the test of time. It never jams and I like that it has a cap as well . Cleaning is easy enough. Looking for an attachment piece for shavings of cheese now rather than grating to enhance my salads. Give it a try !

Works very well
I bought this to use for parmesan or romano cheese. So far the cheese has remained fresh and so easy to use just as much as needed. Its lightweight and not difficult to grind.

'Grate' to use
I really like having this realatively easy manual grater. I plan to buy its attachments because the basic model supplies one, finely grated result and I would like to have the option of thicker, wider pieces if possible. I have to put a lot of pressure on the part that presses the cheese into the rolling grater, but the handle is easy to turn. Reversing it disassembles the pieces for cleaning. Overall, it is a well-designed product that I am happy to have bought.

Best Parmesan grater
I tried several graters for Parmesan cheese and I have to say this is the best I have. Easy to use, easy to clean and the size is good enough to be stored in my cabinet. With this product you will enjoy fresh grated Parmesan cheese for your pasta. Just be aware that if the cheese is too dry or too hard, you will need to make more pressure, but it grater just perfect.

Best for grating parmesan cheese
Works perfect even though some reviewers don’t agree. I keep it in a large ziplock in the fridge with the parm cheese in it. Then it’s always ready to go when you need it. I really like the design so that the crank doesn’t fall off while grating like others I’ve tried. I recommend this product!

It work well but very weird to use. You have to twist your hand to use it. Ergonomically bad, but it does the job well
