Works great!

I am new to using chalk paint so was very anxious. Here are three different projects I used my can of paint for and they all turned out fabulous! I couldn’t have asked for a better quality of paint for a newbie to the world of chalk painting.

Great product!

I wanted to paint the ugly brown faux stone backsplash in my apt and this was perfect! It looks great, the perfect true white. I did do 3 coats, 1 wasn’t sufficient as stated on the description. And I used half the can to do the whole thing and didn’t dilute it. Would definitely buy this paint again for another project!

It’s okay

I painted my cabinets charcoal in the chalked line of paint colors. The paint scratched off easily so I bought this to give them a protective coat. It is better but still not perfect. It also makes them look more of a satin finish than a matte.

4 Coats not 1

I expect to do 2 coats with any paint, but this took 4. So to finish 2 very small cabinets in my kitchen it took over half a 30oz can. In other words I need to buy more cans just to finished my entire kitchen. If it were just any color like white or black I would have bought something else. But I like the color and don't want to repaint all my cabinets again I'm going to buy more and hope it lasts better than how many coats you need. Not happy.

Great Chalk Paint

I purchased this chalk paint to paint outside chair cushions. The paint covered really well and the cushions look great. The color was very calming.

Changes drastically in different light

I was hoping for a faded navy look, maybe grey blue. In my bedroom light it looks like a bright periwinkle, which is not at all what I wanted. In other light it looks grey. Not sure what to do but will probably repaint with something else. Shrug emoji. On the plus side it does have good coverage without primer and it dries quickly.

Does yellow in spots

If you break through the white chalk paint and expose the original wood it will have yellowing. Mine looks nice. Add to the look

Very pretty cream color

I wanted to get into upcycling furniture and this was the perfect color for me. All I bought was this for the accent color, dark grey for the main color, and primer. I probably did 2-3 coats and it worked out fine

Everything I wanted in a paint and in colour

Went on beautifully…wonderful rich colour. I did two coats of the paint , and then two coats of rub on varnish to protect and deepen the colour. Met and exceeded my expectations. Now every time I go into the kitchen it brings me joy

Fake chalk paint , water oil mixed

Fake chalk paint . Consistency is like oil, it seems they have mixed kerosene and selling . Color is not as prescribed and there is no return policy .
