Mysteriously broke when tied to cotton

Okay, rarely is anyone going to tie this line to cotton, but I try to use sand bags when I can, and in doing so, I noticed that twice it snapped when I cinched my knot on to the cotton string on the sand bag. Perhaps it is sensitive to "burning." I thought I wet my line before the final tug, but I am "knot" certain. No pun intended. It is a good line, but I am not sure it is so much better than say a stretchy Omni Line which I have come to rely on quite a bit.

30lb Clear Fishing Line

Well, it works well and it's fishing line. It doesn't seem to get too brittle in heat and it is very slick against itself. The memory in this line is minimal, so you don't have to deal with the "curly q" line when there's a little slack, but it is mildly noticeably when there is lots of slack. Overall a recommendable product.

Most fisherman like their old rods and reels. This line makes your rod and reel feel like new. Its smooth and strong.
