Excellent Home Gym Solution
My current Lifeline set has been great. it’s an excellent home gym solution. I ordered this kit to compliment the same kit I’ve used for years. I namely bought it to get an additional pink band (30lb) and red band (40lb) which I use these the most. I’ve now got an extra set of handles, another door anchor, the orange cable (50lb) plus the carring bag! Now, I can wear the carrying bag versus my backpack, as the carrier has strings / straps to wear like a backpack. Nice bonus to catch it on sale.

What a difference, these are much heavier than old set.
I had a set a number of years ago and it got stolen I guess at some point. About a year ago I bought a replacement, but never liked the handles, and wanted something heavier. Only lifeline seems to have heavier cables. The handles are bulky, too bulky I think (takes more space to pack) but they are much more comfortable to use. Wish they would make these handles more compact. Often I do not bother with the handles. When I started using them it seemed like the same supposed weight as my old bands was stiffer. I decided to test, so I used a 10 lb weight. The old band were a bit shorter, so should require less stretch to lift up the same weight. Well the doubled 50 lb from the old set had stretch about 10 inches to lift the weight, and the lifeline 2.6 to 3 inches. What a difference.

Good set of bands with various resistance. Handles are comfortable. These fit in backpack and I can use at home and office.

Very durable
I bought these for my dad because he wore his other ones out. He had tried some other brands I purchased for him that were very flimsy, thin, and uncomfortable. But when he found this brand he was hooked. They are very thick and sturdy, and he loves the extra piece to put in the door for workouts. The multi-cord handle is great as well because he uses a lot of weight and it gives him room for even more if he wants. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this brand for resistance bands!

convenient for home use, inconvenient to change
I decided to purchase these after reading other reviews on Amazon. When I received them, I was very excited to start working out at home during those times I wasn't motivated to all the way to the gym. I'll start with the positive. They work very well. They are very sturdy, and the addition pieces that come with them make them easy to use in many different areas of the house. I haven't been across many other stretch bands that work this well. My chief complaint with them is they are not easy to switch out. It is difficult to rely on these as a primary piece of resistance equipment due to the fact it takes a few minutes to switch out the cords between exercises. I primarily have a 30-40 minute resistance routine when I use dumbbells and barbells. With these, it makes my routine around 60-75 minutes. Good accessory to have in a resistance routine, but I wouldn't depend on them as a primary piece of resistance equipment.
