not smooth material, more cloth-y

i ordered a lil too big cuz swimsuit sizing is not universal at all, for reference i wear a 28/30 in TYR suits (its a cross strapped blue and red one that’s 80 dollars) also there’s another speedo on amazon that’s thick strapped which i rly like but in that one i’m a size 34 but i should’ve gotten a 30 in this suit, so do what u will with that info (size 2 down?)

great but small sizing

I swim laps and love this suit. Very comfy, modest enough but not too conservative dorky looking. Sleek. Love the cross back and bottom fit. The sizing is way different than normal and does not match the size chart shown here. I'm usually a size 4. I'm 5'4 118 lbs medium chest. A 34 was too small, 36 good.

inconsistent sizing

I prefer Speedo to all other bathing suits on the market, but I really wish they had consistent sizing. I currently own 3 Speedo suits. This one, which I bought as 10/36 fits fine. But I have a 12/38 which is tight and one labeled just size 8 which is too big.

Love love this suit! Size WAY up!

I almost never write reviews but this suit is perfect. I'm no competitive swimmer, just a lady in my late 30s who wanted a suit to actually swim in that doesn't look frumpy, need constant adjusting, or bag out in about 10 uses. This suit is super flattering and lasts forever. Took me multiple tries to get the right fit, I'm 5' 5, 125 lbs, usually wear an XS in clothes and the size that fits me best (for regular wear, not racing obviously) is a 34.

It's cut small

It's very pretty but cut too small and I got extra large.Tje back panel is low cut like a bikini and doesn't cover anything.I need an athletic suit covering me if I do water aerobics.This is a fashion suit for thin women.

The length might be shorter than other suits like some of the other reviewers said. I'm pretty short (5' 4") and it cuts into my shoulders a bit though not in a way that prevents me swimming in it. I have a smaller bottom for my chest size, so suits tend to sag a lot on the bottom and fit too tight on top, but this fit well minus the shoulders. I've been swimming about an hour three times a week in it for a few months now and it hasn't faded at all or begun to sag or get loose. From all the suits I've gone through when I used to be on a swim team, it's lasted longer than average. The back is also really cool and attractive and I love the colors. The bottom rides up a tiny bit during flip turns, but all suits seem to do that and it's nothing dramatic. And that might just be that the bottom is still just a tiny bit large for my weird size. I've had suits with skinny straps with bad stitching cause burns on my shoulders before, so I was hesitant to try this one, but I haven't had that problem at all and zero rashes from it overall. Overall, I've been impressed with this suit and if it ever finally goes, I'm getting another one exactly like it.

I wish there’s an option for removable cups for light support otherwise the fit is comfortable.

Hole along seam near armpit

Great swim suit. Only issue is that after one use a hole appeared along the seam near my armpit.

Not True to Size

The sizing seemed way off from the chart provided and was too small. In addition, this suit was not swimsuit material but felt like a thick leotard. This did not look or feel like a real speedo swimsuit.
