Great quality

Love the quality but only giving 2 stars cause seller always sends me two different colors. I dont send it back cause im too lazy but it makes no sense how they always tend to send me a blonde color when I only buy brown and have done so for years now. So annoying

Be aware of the color (see pics)

The color is much lighter than what is showing on Amazon next to model. It's a "light" chestnut..not dark as it shows on there. I'm disappointed as it will not look well on my dark brown hair. Had to return it :(... The hair looks nice from the packaging.

Tangles quickly...

When I received it, I thought it was super cute. It definitely didn’t look as wavy as in the picture but I figured it was something that I could just use for work on my lazy hair days. I used it roughly a few times. The hair got very tangled so I brushed through it and the waves completely disappeared. So I decided to wash it and now it looks horrible. The struggle is real, lol!!

Looks much better in person than pictured

I have chestnut hair with highlights just past my collarbone. I clipped in this ponytail this morning and my son couldn't believe it wasn't my own hair. He kept touching it. It has incredible volume, a beautiful variation in tones, and is very soft to the touch. I don't find it heavy and I have both of the other Jessica Simpson clip in ponies and find this one is equally comfortable. I like it so much, I bought a second one for someday when this beauty is no longer available. Try it and enjoy long pretty hair that is cool and comfortable on those hot days when you just want to put your hair up!

Cute but Hurts

I have tons of hair extensions and pieces like these and this one in particular just hurts my head and just doesn't stay in right. I have to do some tweaking on my own to make this comfortable. Maybe the hair on it is just too much or heavy?

Love the look, quality is terrible

Loved this pony! Chestnut matches my hair color perfectly. I was sooo happy when I got it. Very easy to use. However; the quality is less than great. I've had it about 30 days, worn it only a handful of times and the top part where the hair is sewn in near the clip is falling apart! I'm so dissapointed. Definitely expected to be able to wear this more than a few times.
