Value for money but easy to break

These lights are value for money but easy to break. The wires are flimsy and my electrician broke 1 while installing. I ordered 5 sets and 2 came bad. Amazon replaced all the bad ones quickly. Overall, the quality is similar to what you pay for.

Disappointing Product

There wasn't a remote (which was fine). Half the strands don't work, if they do they are very dull. I've purchased many lights on Amazon from companies not as well known and they perform great. These are now in my Japanese Maple outside doing nothing. :(

Guess I expected better from this brand

These are very much indoor or porch kind of lights and not main decorations because they’re just not bright enough. They look great for what they are, just don’t expect to hang these on the front of your house for the main lights.

WORST CHRISTMAS LIGHTS EVER!!!!

I purchased 8 boxes of 50 lights to have professionally installed along the roofline of my home. I paid $300 for the installation. I was so excited to light them up that first night... until I actually lit them. They are EXTREMELY DIM. Not bright at all. I was so embarrassed by them, that I immediately unplugged them, and didn't light them up again until about 2 weeks later. Although I was mortified and totally ashamed of them, I began lighting them up nightly so that my money wouldn't be completely wasted. About a week into the nightly usage, we had rain come in. That night, after the rain, I plugged the lights in. On every single strand, there were multiple lights that didn't light up. I'm so angry and disappointed. I thought Sylvania was a good brand and felt safe buying their product. Worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. I will never by any Sylvania products again. By the way, when the lights are removed from my roof, they're going directly into the garbage where they belong.
