Frequent use

I work in a correctional facility which requires us to have clear bags/cups/Tupperware/etc. I see many other brands that are clear and I purchase them… only to have the caps or the mugs themselves warp in the dishwasher and dribble hot coffee down my shirt. Yes I could just hand wash those but I am lazy. The only reason I had to buy a new tervis is because I lost mine from when I started over four years ago….

Unsatisfied customer

I am very disappointed in this Tumbler. It is not even holding ice for 2 hours. The description says 24 hour. This does not even come close. I wanted to do a follow up review. I contacted Amazon for a replacement and it was at my house 2 days later and this cup works great. My first cup must have had a factory defect.

Dull

It looked like it had very vibrant colors in the ad but when I received it I think it was vintage and it looked used and very dull.

Cup sweats

The whole reason I bought this cup was for the double wall insulation, it’s not effective, the cup still sweats. Disappointed

Holds your liquid hot for awhile

I like how long it keeps your beverage hot, I take it out in the winter and it still holds it at a nice temp for a good croupier hours. The down fall to this cup is the lid not a fan of the plastic piece that covers the drinking hole. It sometimes leaves your hot beverage in your noise. Great cup
