Best summer sandal for walking.

First time buying a Teva sandal for walking and I’m glad I did. The moment I tried and wore it felt a huge difference in the fit, comfort and feel. I have plantar fasciitis, knee and back pain issues due to the nature of my work so I carefully choose the footwear that I buy and what my podiatrist recommends. This sandal would be my go to walking shoe for this summer so I can enjoy walking pain free, comfortable and happy.

Perfect for narrow feet!

Those of you with narrow feet have to look long and hard to find sandals that can be adjusted so they fit properly. Most of the velcro adjustments on sandals only go so far…and usually not enough for my foot, causing too much movement in the toe area, especially. Not these! I’ve owned Tevas before and if you’re looking for comfort and a modicum of fashion, they are among the best out there. My only complaint is I normally take a size 9 in shoes but they were too big. I returned them for an 8 1/2 and they fit just fine. Now that it’s sandal season here, time to book my pedicure!

fits my narrow foot

After reading another review about this teva sandal fitting narrow feet I decided to try it. I wear a size 9 narrow ( 2A) and, as the orher reviewer reported, this sandal does indeed tighten down to fit very nicely. I have only worn them around inside the house but they feel very secure and comfortable. I look forward to the warm weather so I can wear them on my walks.

Best Sandals Ever!

I really like these sandals! I think this is my 5th pair of Tevas that I've ordered. They have great support for my arches. They work well on the beach or just as really good comfortable walking shoes. And they last a long time. I wear them a lot. Worth the money. And the fact that I got them on sale was an added bonus!

I call this shoe my "Disney Sandal". I purchased my first pair 16 years ago and still wear them. I have worn that pair on 7 visits to Disney World. I have plantar faciitis and a heel spur. The shock absorber is accomodating for these conditions. Additionally, I have thrown my in the washing machine on gentle cycle again and again. I air dry them. I don't know if that is recommended, but it has worked for me. Now I have a new pair to break in- so it's time for a trip! They look and feel just like the pair described in this review!

Great for all activities in mild to hot weather

This is the only athletic summer sandal for me. I have three pairs in different colors, and have worn them for all manner of outdoor activities (walking, hiking, wading in the pool or lake) in mild to hot weather, and have never experienced an ounce of discomfort or chafing. My black pair has lasted nearly 10 years and still looks durable as ever. I wore these throughout the third trimester of pregnancy, in the D.C. summer (read = swamp weather) when ankle swelling and general discomfort abound, and my feet stayed happy.

Hard to find but lend a little extra fashion to my favorite sandals. Don't look orthopedic and highly adjustable without looking clunky/ Summer comfort over many, many years

Love teva

Have purchased other sandals and they wear funny/cause blisters. These do not. I use them for kayaking and summer activities near water. They are comfortable enlightened for daily wear which is very important to me. They also are very durable.

Great Replacement for the Original from 10 years ago.

We originally purchased a pair in Key West, Florida and after 10 years of heroic wear, it was time to purchase a replacement. I saw the Seller's selection and hoped that they would be comparable to the originals - They arrived and have performed like a Champ!! Great Fit, Good Looks and Super Comfortable as an all day option for footwear!!

Great sturdy hiking shoe

I'm very picky when I buy my hiking sandals because I wear them basically every day. After a lot of research, I went with this shoe because I like Teva's grip and reliability, and this design is a bit sturdier than their originals (plus the straps are adjustable). I definitely was not disappointed with this shoe, it seems to fit my feet like a glove. Arch support normally irritates me, but in these shoes it is mild enough that your feet are better positioned/supported without it pushing on your arch annoyingly. They are quite comfortable, too, and don't feel like they'll fall off at all. They are heavier than the average hiking sandal if you mind weight.

Great comfortable sandals

I love these sandals They are my second pair. The first pair started to wear out after about 6 to 7 years of regular wear. I do find they fit a little small and have to buy a half size up. But that may just be me. I highly recommend them and I'm really glad that they now come in all black.
