Removes Stale Air

Relatively sturdy. I had gotten this to help with removing basement humidity. However, since I've gotten this appliance, my humidity doesn't get lower than 60%, which before installation was around 55%. The good news is that it's powerful enough that it has gotten rid of the stale basement air.

Perfect For My Crawl Space

Didn’t want to have to crawl under the house to adjust this bad boy, so I made a box that sits on the well of the crawl space vent. This has worked amazing, in my situation, and my crawl space is DRY! No more damp! This is also very quiet. Great product!

Dependability and advertised ability

We had a moisture issue under my parents house. Dad and I wondered how to go about resolving the problem. Through some web research I came across this crawl space fan. Continuous run motor with low amp draw, very quiet, and yet it seems to be moving considerable air. I included pictures to illustrate how I installed it as a puller. Pulling fresh air through the passive vents already installed in the perimeter beam. I set the humidistat switch to 0 so it would run continuously. I will try to report after 30 days of run time to verify it's worth and dependability.

Great fan , until it stopped working without any prior issues.

Easy installation,noise level is within acceptable levels and very sturdy, it really worked amazingly until it stopped working after 8 months of usage. While the fan worked it never had any problems or issues. I am extremely disappointed, I honestly believe that this was a great product from a reputable company.

the cfms were marked on order as 540 but on the instructions was 400cfm

fans run great, the actual fan motor is quiet, but does vibrate causing increase sound.. may want to use weather stripping between mounting flange and structure to reduce sound... dislike the advertisement of 540cfms but marked 400cfms on the instruction for this model.
