Works for moving a crate regularly but can scratch wood floor
Bought three sets for a large crate. Move the crate every day keeping it in a bedroom at night and in an office during day time. Works ok but since the casters are hard plastic, it scratches our wood floor. I hold up one side while pushing the crate. This way only one set of weels - opposite side - is involved in moving. Also, to prevent scratches, I check the direction of weeks to ensure it's turned in right direction and position weels in right direction if needed. If weels were better quality -spin better and made of a material that would prevent scratches, would be much better.

Easy installation
EDIT: Ended up bending down at the edges where her raised bed sits and had to remove them. Maybe if there wasn’t a raised bed it would be different My 63 pound pup has a 48 inch crate with a raised bed inside that she loves and sleeps in at night. She occasionally naps during the day in there as well, however i recently moved the large heavy crate and there was enough hair to stuff a couch lol after not even a month without being vacuumed. I bought 3 packs of two, east but time consuming installation. You’ll likely need a small screwdriver and needle nose pliers. The 2 pieces were confusing and i believe the plastic attachment piece and castor should be fused to prevent struggling to keep the pieces lined up. Set up today, i’ll have to update eventually. Should come in multiple pack sizes..no one needs just 2 wheels to start off with but may need an extra 2 to add more stability.

Easy to fit on crate
The casters are fine. I ordered 3 packs. On one the packaging was damaged and pieces were missing hence the 3 star rating.

Directions that come with this product SUCK!!!
The directions that come with this product (what directions) are very incomplete. When you open the package there are two separate pieces that come the caster. One metal and one plastic. Save yourself some time and use the metal one first on the criss-crossed section at the end of crate. Then on top of that, place the plastic one, being mindful of the well for the crate wire, match the screw holes. Now place the caster on top of that aligning the screw holes. It takes a bit of time to install but you will be HAPPY! I deducted 1 star because of the directions but other than that they are a 5 star.

GREAT OPTION IF YOU NEED TO MOVE HEAVY CRATES
We have five "large" dogs. They each have their own crates (and love them). While our dogs are never crated, they have the option to go into the crates if they want alone time, away from the other dogs, and also, we do feed each dog in their own crates, in order to make sure they all get their fair share of food. These wheels are awesome. You can easily move a crate when necessary. We're happy with this purchase. One warning, however: The wheels need to be locked or the crate will move if a dog is moving around inside the crate. Also, one of the crates is a little bit out of balance since we added the wheels, but not a big deal.

Does the job
They are a little unstable when the dog walks into the crate, but they hold up and I can clean under the crate so much easier.

Time consuming to install, wasn’t able to use all 6
I purchased these for a 36” crate. Says I should use 6, which I purchased. Unfortunately there are no crossbars at the center to attach them to. I guess I could just attach them to one bar where there is no cross, but not sure how well that would hold. I didn’t at this point. It does roll, which was the reason I purchased them. They were not complicated to install, but due to limited access where they have to go and the fact that the bars are not perfectly straight apparently, it was not as easy as it should be. Use a wrench and a crew driver. It will make your install easier. If the screws had been just a little longer it would have been much easier.

Fiddly to install, but they work well.
I got 6 casters for a 42# (large) crate and it took me a fair few hours to install them correctly. Some instructions would REALLY help as the diagram is not clear. Once they were finally on after some sweat and tears, they do work well and save me picking up the crate to move it between rooms. I placed one in each corner and two strategically near the middle to take my dogs weight evenly; she's a 20kg dog and has slept in it every night for about a month now and the crate has held up fine with no bowing.

work wonderfully
The instructions were easy to understand, and they went on with no problem. They roll smoothly and lock when I need them to lock. I am a senior and thought I would need someones help (like my husband) to install them for me, but I was able to do it myself. Happy I purchased them. Now I can move my dogs kennel with ease, even with him in it.

Appear solid and good quality.
These appear to be good quality and solid. I use them with a very large dog crate however my dog only weighs about 35 pounds. I bought them because we installed hardwood floors and I didn’t want the floors to get scratched when moving the crate around. These are great and don’t scratch the floors when moving the crate around.

Don't buy these. They made holes in the crate tray. Metal poking through. Also, the crate got bent underneath because of weight distribution
