Not my favorite surgical accoutrement

The Sherpa is scratchy, not at all soft, so during warm weather it was hard on my knee and shin. There’s not much of a pad in it so it wasn’t increasing comfort over the pad the scooter came with. Now that cold weather is here, I put it back on since I’m not wearing shorts anymore. It’s still rough & scratchy even thru long pants? Save your money on this one. Hard pass from me.

Soft, knee support

I had to use a scooter while having water on the knee. This pad helped so much. It's just fabric and doesn't contain a foam cushion. I added my own egg crate cushion under it for added support. I like that I can throw this in the wash, but it does collect dirt easily. If I didn't have my own cushion to add, I would have gone with a memory foam cushion instead. Shipped fast.

Knee Saver! Very comfortable

I had a foot surgery about 7 months ago and after 3 months of scootering around, I noticed that the seat of it was getting worn down. Once I was back on my feet, I didn't think about a cover. Suddenly, as I was staring down another surgery I considered a lot of comfort options. So I bought this cover in beige (because we have golden retrievers) and it's holding up very well. My knees are well-cushioned and I am not smashing my shin onto the end of the seat like before. If you will be off you feet for more than a month, just buy it. Putting the pad on the seat is easy. and it fit well. I don't ever notice it sliding. The only difference with time has been that the sheep fluff don't need to be re-fluffed a bit with your hand. I'm sure it would be fixed with a quick wash. I have just been scrubbing little circles with my fingers on the spot where my knee most frequently rests. I also ordered the Vive sheepskin crutchpads, which were difficult to put on in comparison. This pad goes on without frustration. Altogether, I'm staying semi-mobile and comfortable because of these products.

Worked with added folded towel

I searched for a long time for the best pad and this was the best I could find. Got this for my mom's RINKMO Knee Scooter that she needed to use after her foot surgery. It fit nicely, but didn't provide enough padding alone. Folded a towel and put it under this pad and together they provided enough padding for her knee withoutslipping (note: she does have a total knee replacement in the knee that was supported by this pad and combing it with the folded towel worked for supporting it while using the scooter) would have gave 5 stars if I didn't need to add the towel, but a least it worked out.

Fit perfectly

I have to use a knee scooter for several months due to breaking my ankle and surgery to repair it. This fit perfectly and is very comfortable. I have already washed it and air dried it. It did not fall apart. So glad I purchased this.
