Great socks and incredible customer service!

These socks have been very helpful to my wife's feet. She has high arches, and was struggling to find good workout socks. She will wear these for casual wear as well. Finding her size in pink was hard. Recently I found them and ordered them. When the package came there were pink and red socks. There was a note saying that the description on Amazon was somehow wrong, but they wanted to make it "right" for us, so they sent the pink small and the red medium. The went WAY over and above to meet our order and need. I was impressed with the product before, we are a customer for life now because of the care and customer service.

Avoid the five dollar offers

I bought a pair of these tennis socks being sold by a vendor for five dollars and had to return them because they seemed to be factory seconds. In addition to loose elastic threads, the insides were covered in bunches of thread loops where one color joined another. It's like the knitting machinery was malfunctioning. For reference, the Vitalsox package says the suggested retail price is thirteen dollars.

Comfortable and relieves foot pain

I ordered two pair of these socks. I was skeptical about them helping plantar fasciitias, but they seem to make a positive difference. I like the bright colors, they stay put, and haven't made my feet sweaty. The heal portion is a little long for my feet but that hasn't been a problem. Great socks.

Description could be improved

The socks themselves are nice. The wording in the product description is a little bit deceptive. I was assuming that there were at least 2 pairs of socks in a package for $13.00 but there was only one pair of socks. If I would have known that, I would've went with another product that offered the same benefits for less.

No show makes an appearance

They look nice and I hoped my mother could wear them with more success than her other no show socks. Unfortunately, they have fallen down on the job. The reason for 4 stars is because they are well made.

Too big for size 6

The socks themselves are ok, but, even after a few washes, Smalls are too big for my size 6 feet.

I bought 5 pairs and was very disappointed with the false advertising of arch support and plantar fasciitis help. There is very little noticeable support built into these socks, I have bought many over the counter types with much more support and they don't even advertise it. To make matters worse, as you can see these are very pricey. Not recommended at all.
