A cheap set of combo locks.

These lock will do the job, but they are a cheap set of combo locks. Everything works as it should, but the build quality seems to be cheap and a lesser than that I would have gotten from a name brand from my local Home Depot for the same price. The metal is thin and seems easy to bend/dent. The set came with 4 key, 2 deadbolts, and 2 locking knobs all keyed-alike. The key sliding into the keyway, and tuning action of the tumbler is smooth and seem to be of a fair quality. This Amazon Basics product is not a complete pass, but I would rather go with a more reputable brand next time.

Mystery of The Ages

Yep, Amazon Basics are (as they say) "Highly rated products at low prices". And I fell for it, and I like the products. But, here is the mystery - when you do the 'Compare with similar items' that Amazon generously offers, they do not come out rated any higher, by their own rating system, nor are they any less expensive than the other brands. I don't think that Amazon has factories set up to make door knobs. So, someone else is making them for Amazon. Yet, they don't say who, or where, or why. Oh well, I like what I got and am happy with the purchase - even though I could have bought an almost identical set for less which has a higher rating. Go figure... a real mystery.

Nice set

This is a nice set of door knobs. The only thing I’m not fond of is that when you lock the door the little turn button is horizontal and I’m used to mine being vertical. It isn’t a big deal but it’s hard to get used to.

nice replacement of my order door knob

A nice replacement of my old broken door knob. I had no experience in replaing door knob. The instruction is pretty clear. I got it installed within an hour, including taken out the old one.

Okay quality.

Okay quality, easy install, but only thing that is annoying is that the knob lock and unlocked orientation is backwards.

It was used for entry doorway, one of the locks didn't work it was stripped or something.

Needed to replace my front and back door locks, and wanted the keys to all be the same. This worked for me.

Product works as expected. Love that I could do two doors with 1 key. Happy with the knobs for this price.

Excellent value

Looks really good. Easy to install. Keys work smoothly. The one that it replaced kept getting the key stuck, making locking and unlocking difficult. These knobs do not corrode or discolor like the brass ones. The door opening for the bolt was a bit larger than what this one required, so I left the existing bolt in place. The handles themselves are standard.

Cheap

These are cheaply made, but work. They’re not as good as any of the home brands. Finish is reasonable. Probably would not buy again.

Inexpensive, simple doorknob and deadbolt. Corrosion appears quickly though.

For the price, I was only hoping for an adequate replacement for my front and rear doors. However, I wasn't expecting to require hitting the locks with lubrication a month after installing it. They got to the point of almost jamming the key in the lock. The finish around where the neck of the doorknob meets the door, corrosion appeared and doesn't clear off easily since it's in a very tight area. So, considering the price, I wasn't expecting a perfect experience; I wasn't to rust in place in a month, either. Hopefully with a seasonal shot of lube it lasts until the next owners take over.

Good value looks nice installation needs a bit of patience

I like the one key for all for locks included in the set. It looks good overall. The installation was a bit so so.. the handle was easy but the deadbolt to more effort. I ended up taping the key hole of the deadbolt for installation because it moves to much otherwise for the screws to line up. The quality is ok it's not amazing but I feel confident enough to have it on my front door. I would recommend as it's a good value and 1 key!!!
