Decals were unusable

Although the barn was easy to put together, the decals could not be used. After sitting in water for 5 minutes, the decals never moved. They were stuck on the paper backing. Not worth the price

Easy to build

I am a rookie model train enthusiast and this was my second build. I decided not to add the decals and added a brighter yellow color. So far I have weathered the roof a little and will weather the barn itself. The kit was easy to build and looks good. Have ordered a farmhouse to go along with the barn and can't wait to get it (also a Walther's product). My first build was a KFC.

Very authentic

Bought this for my hubby for Father's Day. He was thrilled, as he loves photographing old barns, and we love going antique shopping in old barns and buildings. He only puts up his train garden during the Christmas holidays, so he hasn't put this barn together yet, but it looks like everything's there. Arrived in timely fashion. Would buy from this seller again.

Realistic

Nice realistic features and textures. I am painting it red and using it as an actual barn and not an antique store. I also bought the stone foundation and ramp that goes with it and that is great too, very realistic, though painting that will be a challenge.

we are antiquers so we had to have an antique barn to go with our train layout and it fits in perfectly we actually made a small village with houses and school and church to go along with the barn

Too expensive for small building with 4 walls and a roof. Cost me around $56.00 in total. I added a 1 1/2" high foundation of small beach stone to give it height and character, also painted it red. Did whatever I could to make it more than what it is!!!
