Great Baking Sheet but would not fit in my oven

My "commercial" Viking oven has heavy duty metal supports for the cooking racks and this sheet will not fit flat between the vertical supports.

For the price I did not expect them to warp so badly in the over past 400 degrees!

Worthless

Lost a great deal of its non-stickability after only 2 uses. Waste of money. Threw it in the trash. Grr!

Love the Large Size

This cookie pan replaced an older, smaller one I had for years. I love the large size of this and you can fit a lot of cookies on it (12-15 depending on the size of the cookie). I use the Reynolds parchment cookie sheets and they fit perfect on this without needing to be cut. I have also used this to make sheet pan dinners on and it works great. The food cooks evenly and the pan is easy to clean without staining. The quality is very good as well, the steel is sturdy.

Non-stick surface to the rescue!

My cookie sheets have seen better days! I was on the look out for new ones. This Wilson baking sheet has been great so far! Super easy to clean up. It really just needs a little bit of soap and water and it comes clean! My cookies cooked evenly. I love the non-stick surface. My other pan was a cheap one but lasted for years. I always had to scrub hard to get it clean but there was always some residue left. This one looks new still. I am hoping this lasts a very long time and keeps the non-stock surface. This is the large sized sheet 17.25 x 11.5-Inch. I have this one and the medium sized Wilson sheet. I have a picture to compare the two. I have seen some scratches appear on the bottom of the pan due to storage. So be careful of that. I would highly recommend any Wilson baking sheet for your cooking needs!

Heavy, sturdy and well made

I needed to replace a couple old cookie sheets and this pan is excellent. It's so well made you'd have to intentionally and repeatedly beat it with a hammer to damage it. It cooks evenly no matter if it's lace cookies, frozen pizzas, homemade sweet potato fries or breaded zucchini sticks this pan cooks it beautifully. I need to buy a second one so both of my everyday baking sheets are these. Thanks, Wilton, for another excellent product. My cake pans are years old, Wilton and still look new.
