This is a sit-down-in tube
Bought this to replace a couch-style tube that held 2 people. I thought this style tube would be safer for pre-K grandkids to ride. My wife immediately did not like sitting down inside the tube. We used it all last summer and it rode great. Its a little sportier ride than the couches. This year we bought a 3 person couch for the grandkids and saved this for the adults.

Great tube, zero issues with it
This has been a great tube, zero issues with it. If you tow the tube like a you have a brain and not jerk or whip it around like a idiot that is trying to hurt the passengers it will hold up just fine. This tube is great for little kids as well. They can sit down inside it with easy to reach handles. It's really stable and planes out with littler kids in it at a pretty slow speed. 10 to 12 MPH.

I bought this when amazon ran out of stock on the one I originally planned to buy for $100 less. it is a very high quality tube with heavy pvc bladders. I have only towed it in the sit down position. it was a little bit of a rough start as it seems to lean way back to where you cant even see the riders. although it came close a couple of times it never flipped or dumped the riders. the only complaint I received from the riders is that it is a very bumpy ride. it is large and would hold 2 average sized adults with no problem. I took it out for about 10 laps with 2 riders each time at about 15 to 20 mph and it held up with no problem. the bladders did stretch a little so it was softer than expected when we finished. I will have to make sure I have a air pump on board next time.

Riding the ocean waves ???? with zero effort
We took this WOW Bingo towable and hooked it to 40 feet of 3/4 inch polypropylene rope and put an ⚓ anchor on the end of the rope. We walked the anchor into the surf ????‍♂️ at the beach ⛱ until the WOW was in about 20 inches of water and the waves would "throw" it around but not dangerously. Then 4 grandkids climbed on board and had a grand adventure "riding the waves." We just stood in ankle deep water and watched. It couldn't come in too far because of the anchor and it wouldn't go out because of the waves. I'm gonna' upload a YouTube but I need to scrub the faces out. Constant adult supervision definitely advised.

Missing.
The free 11inch ez 4K tow connector wasn’t in the box. Not sure on how they can send us just that, or if I have to send the whole thing back. Not sure how that goes. Really don’t want to send it back and have to wait for the other to come in.. other then the missing piece it was fine. The kids had fun. If anyone knows how I can get the missing piece without having to send it back or buying it, please let me know.

Very sturdy and the best tube we have had in the last 6 years!
Like that it has an enclosed seating area. Thought that it might be a problem with our older grandchildren (ages 15 to 18) but they loved it! Seemed to stay in the water even with big waves and lots of turns so the rides were fun and longer and lots of action. Can get enough action to throw the kids that wanted a thrill ride out. That said, our younger grandchildren (8 to 13) felt safe and enjoyed riding without the fear of being thrown out. This is out 3rd WOW (they last better than the competition but do eventually wear out and we have tried other but come back to WOW every time!

Works well, but seems low quality bladders
Not very good quality. After a couple of uses it started to leak on the top bladder. I fixed it and now it’s ok, but if feels as a thin material that could easily happen again. I’ve had a smaller O’Brien tube for over 10 years and never leaked. On the functionality, it works well. It’s so big that it’s hard to pull with a jetski. I have to ask the kids to put their weight forward until we get enough speed so that the tube starts to plane on the water. When we use it on the opposite direction (backrest going forward and kids on their knees), it tends to sink when you pull it, so you need to ask the kids to put their weight back until the tube gets going. In general it’s fun, although some kids would prefer not to have the side protections, for the thrill of falling off. Overall it’s ok and fits 4 people well. But the quality seems poor.

Missing 11" 4K EZ tow connector
Everything is good with tube I hope supplier will read this I don't want to go through trouble of returning product but it is missing the 11" 4K row connector. If this could just be shipped to me Update: I phoned the WOW company and they shipped me the part I a week. So everything is good and looking forward to using it next summer. Thank you. Alan

WOW is right
This tube is better than any tube I have purchased. It stayed inflated after multiple tubing sessions with various weight in it. No seams ripped. I especially like that it has air plugs instead of the red riveted plug, which we have misplaced at times. The tube pulled awesomely behind the boat. We love it !!!

Does what is intended
One adult and two children used the inflatable all summer with no episode. Tow rope easily attached. Would suggest the use of an inflatable ball between tube and two boat to keep the rope out of the water. No issues with the inflatable

Premature Tear on tube
We did not like the tear inside the tube causing the tube to take on Water. Definitely a manufacturing defect as the tears is located on a thread line. Should return to get fixed. How do I find out how I can get this fixed under warranty. .
